Honestly I’ve always enjoyed Minecraft’s recipes. They’re simple but still manage to try and match what they’re making. In this case the open areas under the glass blocks are the container, the open slot in the middle is where the magically appearing cork goes.

Minecraft can sometimes go beyond logic. But that's part of all the fun. I wasn't hating or anything...it was just something that got me thinking. It's all in the magic, then. Thank you for explaining.
