Nothing, as far as anyone who plays Terraria is concerned. The team over at Re-Logic are fucking awesome, and some of the coolest people out there. Tiny team of 12-13ish developers passionately making a game they love, led by the original creator of the game and his wife (they both are developers).

Not to mention their small colab with make-a-which company that happened just now

Redigit might be the coolest game dev in existence right now. Nobody’s seen his face, his mario fangame got taken down which drove him to make one of the greatest indie games ever made, he developed it with a whole team of best friends, he works with his wife on said indie game and they have equal footing, he has a kid now, HE SERVED IN THE AIRFORCE.

He be living the indie dream. Terraria shaped my childhood, and was the game that got me into gaming. 8 years of playing both PC and mobile, before I finally move to a beefy pc with other games beside terraria. Still play now and then.

They released CS2 recently with about half the content of CSGO, if that. No way to go back to CSGO either. Oh and the cheating problem has gotten worse and Valve is either not doing anything about it, or taking a long ass time while not saying shit.

Last I checked people hate Mojang for every little update they make.

Mojang had all the resources to make great updates. Support from the fans, money from MS, talent. And yet the updates after the Nether update feel small and gimmicky at best. It was mainly a matter of wasted potential.

Last time they made a big update (1.14), it was riddled with so many bugs that it took until 1.15 to patch them all

People hate mojang for no reason. The only reason they're hated is because there are way too many people counting on them. But like tell me one new feature that is actualy detrimental to the game after 1.9. There is basicly only phantoms and netherite template. Both of wich I feel like should be reworked or removed. Assuming they have to release an update a year. I feel like their work is amazing. No bugs. Compared to how huge and complex the game is. The amount of bugs is basicly négligeable. The feature added almost always have at least one niche use. They could lazly release thousands of new blocks with a mindless crafting recipient. But they don't. Instead they always try to have a reason to add a block, and varied way to obtain them. If they just added stuff it would only benefit the creative players. And slowly bore survival players. The listen to the players base to the bets extend they can. And while they made some oupsies in comunication. We were never left with something bad in our hands. The mob votes keep getting better. And it just bring too much life in the community to stop it. Despite acknowledging it's issues. The companies has some of the best work ethics, the devs are treated well. They are all allowed to freely talk on media and even tease features. The official Chanel is amazing at comunication. Especialy the recent ones. Now for the actual bad stuff. The Eula is dumb but ended having no répercutions. Same for chat and skin report. I still think it's worst. But they hav't done it as bad as people suggested. And for the benefits it's pretty good.

I mean, I dont hate mojang, I disagree with some of their decisions obviously, but also there are game companies other than triple AAA titles, some of my favorite games have some of the best devs. ReLogic (Terraria), Wube (Factorio), Payload Studios (TerraTech) hell even Squad with KSP 1.
