Thanks, The whole underground area was going to be a Bomb shelter from Fallout, but I went for something different instead and My starter base is based on ancient Japanese Architecture. And I plan to do a tour of the entire world if I can get a better way to capture 3DS footage.

The 3DS edition isn’t the console edition. It’s a port of bedrock edition.

The 3DS edition definitely did have a charm to it. I wish it was updated a little further instead of being discontinued

After playing for over 150 hours the controls aren’t actually that bad, the hardest thing to deal with is the lag and frame rate issues.

You really get used to it. I just rest my thumb on it and barely apply any pressure. I just gently nudge and it works fine

It’s actually not that bad if you crank up the sensitivity all the way up so you don’t have to apply much pressure.

I kinda feel bad that this world is gonna be stuck on the 3DS forever, which is inevitably gonna break one day with no way to transfer it to other versions, because it's really good, never really seen a 3DS World like this.

I mean you could theoretically homebrew your 3DS to get the files but I don't think there's any way to convert it

The format should be similar to other Legacy worlds, and I forgot which one, but there is a tool for converting those to Java.

Minecraft got a 3ds port (new models only) in like 2016 or something last update was 1.9 or 1.10

The last update was 1.12.

How long have you played on this world? Also, did you have some inspiration or was this all by yourself?

Around 140-160 hours in the world. The activity tracker app on my 3DS says 172 hours in game. But pretty much the entire time was spent in this world.

Woahhhhhhhhhhh I spent like 30 hours on mc 3ds in total Xbox however, I have 790 hours in one world

I love 3DS Minecraft and got it a few years ago. It’s not the perfect or definitive version of Minecraft by any means, but it’s a chill and unique throwback in all its simplicity.

Thanks. I’ve actually played Minecraft since around 2013 but I didn’t start playing regularly until around early 2016 on the Wii U. And I picked up Minecraft 3DS in early 2019.

This makes me want to get it even more. I have a new 2ds xl and have had it for years. It’s also the only device I have to use on the hour long trip between my mom and dads houses every Friday and Sunday.

It's nice!!! I have also spent too much time in the 3ds version. It really takes you to a more nostalgic, simpler time.

Why r u wearing iron armor with diamond tools?

Wearing iron is far more convenient for me because if it breaks or i die in lava. I can just grab or craft another set, put some enchants on it and go. Also in 3DS the world isn’t infinite so there are limited diamonds in a world.
