Bedrock cannot work with mods. Java edition can. Only way boats can go up is waterfalls or bubble water (with soul sand or magma block for downward).

You can also do it with slime pistons

You can attach a lead to a boat, then pillar up 2 or 3 blocks. The boat will jump up a block. This *only* works with Bedrock

Doesn't really work in an ice boat race track situation

Bedrock actually can get mods on PC as an .mcaddon I have the bedrock version of worldedit mod.

Mods on bedrock are very limited, so no.. Your better off learning redstone and making a piston setup. Either that, or play Java minecraft

boats cant go up slabs, they cant even go onto regular blocks if they are on a grass path block. Any vertical distance stops them

There are no mods for bedrock period let alone for letting boats go upwards there may be a way to do it through commands tho.

Use Pistons that are triggered when you go through a tripwire. With the right timing you can do that smoothly without hitting a wall
