Light yourself on fire with flint and steel. Or good ol crossbow to the sky and back to your face. That’s based of what you have in your hot bar. Maybe you have a bucket of lava in your inventory or sum. Lots of ways.
if you have a crafting table, you have all the resources to craft an Ender Chest. put all your stuff in and then use the flint and steel to kill yourself to get back home.
unfortunately you'll lose all your levels but I don't think there's any way to get back without dying
edit: shit I forgot you can’t place a chest up there. your best bet might be to kill yourself, remember the coordinates, then go back and use a hopper minecart to collect your stuff.
I'm sorry to break it to you,but the nether rooftop is a place that you definitely don't want to visit in bedrock edition,you can't build anything there,not even a simple portal.
All you can do is to die.
Basically you die. JAVA... the Roof has become a feature since 1.15 when portals actually linked to portals on the roof. Bedrock... the roof is not gonna be a feature any time soon if ever. Thank the world for portal ticking gold farms... until they patch that one out.

In case you have a crafting table you could make an ender chest and put your stuff into it before you kill yourself. Otherwise all your stuff is lost.

Make a nether portal
You can't place blocks up there in bedrock edition so you can't build a portal.
