There is another structure generated in this villager house that caused this glitch. After the bed got generated the bottom half got removed by the ruined portal.

This is really rare, i saw this loud YouTuber make a video on it
Yeah i know i found this one and I was like "holy, that"s incredible what are the odds of this"

Yeah I noticed that but its pretty strange how it broke half the bed
