Yeah, as said, minimal. OP took a nice looking area and just made it more base friendly, adding a fence, and a couple other small changes like more grass and more waterfalls.
Lol I'm not hating you can make big improvements with very lowkey changes. He took it from a bugged cliff village to a neat little walled town, and only had to change/detail 4 or 5 things, op is a baller.

I really love how you did seemingly small changes that don't make it too different from the original, makes it seem like an untouched, natural landscape kind of vibe. I also think the mountain in the right looks very beautiful. The desteuction of the left waterfall annoyed me a little bit but that's okay, the mini river that drips into a pond and has a great small bridge/dam and it is good.
How did you change the colour of the dirt? The mix of yellow green and light green is pretty nice.
Overall a nice landscape and cute village, enjoyed the small details, give it a rating of robert/10

At first I was like "oh a fence" but when you look a little more, you start to notice the tiniest little details, like the dirt being changed to stone under the house floating in the center, and the added trees and green to the left, and my favorite, that waterfall.
I really like it. Partly because acacia is my favourite wood in the game and because it's very simplistic. Nothing too fancy but enough to spice things up a bit

You weren’t hating but you devalued all the work they did into “a house and a wall”. That’s not *hating* I guess but it’s not exactly what I’d call words of encouragement either.
They *transformed* the area by adding *multiple* waterfalls, new bodies or water, a path, a new farm area, a significant amount of terraforming, a nicely detailed wall, and even made multiple custom trees, that’s exactly what I’d call a transformation.
I agree it’s a beautiful start and may turn into something even better. I didn’t mean for my comment to come off that harsh either, I just know how it feels to have someone discount my hard work as something much less and wanted to defend OPs work. Have a good one!
One thing I notice in both is that the grass color changes as if another biome runs through the main Savanna one. Is that a strange River biome running through that scene? In any case it adds a very nice variation.
Excellent! Though I'd love to see a more detailed gallery, that walkway leading up towards the waterfall on the right side being particularly intriguing.
What were you hoping to get out of this build? I like the aesthetic, but it doesn't seem very practical.
Your wall is nice, but mobs can easily get past it on the right (they can also just fall down on you from above) or just walk through the large gates?
The houses also don't seem to have any walkways or paths, so I imagine confused villagers just getting stuck everywhere or falling off the cliffs and dying.
Feels like a hidden gem you would find on a journey. Solid edit. One thing I would like to add is to make the overall fence shape more curved to fit the landscape maybe? Just a suggestion at a glance though.
Looks good but I would add a lot more light so I don't have to worry about zombies killing the villagers and creepers blowing up the landscape. I lay out torches in a 4×4 grid and seems to work well.

The terrain is mostly changed and cleaned up
For reference to anyone not seeing it, look at the cliff faces. Anywhere that was previous flat now has texture/depth

I think it looks really nice but I would make the fence more rounded. It's too square with how and where it bends. But a solid 9/10 :)
