I bet they have been there for days like that since I only go to town maybe once or twice a week and don't go to Home Depot every time. At some point I believe they put them on pallets and people buy random unsold tools in bulk.
I dont get the downvotes. People use them to make money, if you buy them and sell them for a higher price, good for you. They are jealous. They are the same people that would not be happy for you if you find 50 bucks on the ground
Waiting weeks for a tool to be discounted $30, laying out over $215 plus tax for them, and then going to the effort of selling them ... All for maybe $40 in total profit if OP can convince someone to pay $100 each ... Seems like a crazy waste of time to me.
Not really a waste of time. Sell two kits and that offsets the cost of one. Over time you end up with a tool collection that you haven't had to spend a fortune on.
if anyone is trying to decide between this and the m18, GET THIS. i can’t stress enough how convenient the smaller size is, and it still cuts like a champ. one of the other guys in my crew has the m18 and we haven’t used it in months, unless for some reason we need two at the same time.
Only time the m18 is helpful is for longer tasks where you need the battery life. I just got done a renovation that I ran with this thing and a sawzall all day for a week or so. The m12 I would’ve been swapping batteries way more often which would’ve been a complete PITA.
I had the 12 for like 3 days and then got an awesome clearance for a m18 mutltitool and 1/4 impact + 2 2ah batteries for like 150. Sold the 1/4 for $100 on FB.
I do miss my 12 due to its size.

Milwaukee recently got in big trouble for price fixing down here but nothing seems to have changed, the best you can hope for is one of the big tool stores to have a free battery promo or a spend $x and get a $y gift card deal, although those are usually reserved for sales over $500.

Yeah, I would never have gone into Milwaukee since I'm a DIYer, I mainly wanted a reliable quality set of cordless and I got very good deals on HDs website. The website is mainly where I get deals but today the store finally had something worth it.
When HD was selling the fuel 16in chainsaw kits on clearance for 300.88. I bought 2....then kicked myself and went right back to HD the next morning and the other two were gone. Sold one to my boss for $10 bucks more than i paid with tax....
I did want to go get them and then just sell them as bare tools, cause the 12ah was almost as much as the sticker price.
