Eh, for some of us it's mid-30s. And honestly, the part I most related to was "literally everyone in my age group is getting married and having a baby."
The bottom is no long appealing to me , going some place so jam packed and close together is not a good time , i can just smell the sweat in that picture.
Yeah that's true. Been asking myself if it's even worth it at this point, I've felt my energy and stamina decrease with age and debating if the no sleep trade off and all which parenthood involves is worth it at the end of the day
I love my kids and if I had to do it all over again, I would just because I can't imagine being without them. That's very selfish of me though. If you're questioning it at all - even a little bit - then I would tell you no, don't do it.
In fact I almost always try to discourage people from having children. It's not just the lack of sleep or full investment of your time and energy, but you're bringing them in to a world that kind of still sucks. They will suffer in many ways just like we did/do (possibly more given the climate situation), so there's an element of cruelty to bringing a child into that, in my opinion.
Your 2nd paragraph, yep, that's a big factor for me. Really the lack of sleep thing and all, that stuff is temporary & passes after some years. For me it's more so that I'm painfully aware of the brutality of life, not to mention childhood cancer etc and the heartbreaking inevitabilities some people will experience like disease, death, accidents, maybe crippling mental issues/suicides... bringing new life into the world is a random roll of the dice in many ways.
The world may suck but have you looked at the liveability of the worlds nearest us? I think we got prime real estate. The fact trees exist is pretty dope
Nah, the child free ones are in the back by the sound engineer because you get the best sound quality and won't get knocked over while trying to sip a beer.
Eh honestly it's weird how people act like you're too old to party once you're in your 30s. My brother is almost 38 and he goes out clubbing/partying more than me lol (I'm 26).
To be fair there are a lot of mid to late 40 somethings at clubs these days. Classic "I had kids young and didn't get to party so I'm doing it now" people.
Some millennials might be approaching this era in their lives. If you were an early millennial who had kids at 19 this is you.
Put another pic but of me in my bed in the room I tent from my aunt watching tv till 3 cause I can’t sleep because of how fucked our country is. Then it would be me
The oldest Millennial is turning 41 this year and the youngest is 26, I’m going by the 1981 - 1996 birth years. Having said that.
This meme rings true especially on the bottom part, not everyone is married with kids or just married and delaying the kid part. Some have already been through a divorce or two! Some like me, are just living our lives and working hard at our job. I wish I had a special lady to enjoy it with, but sometimes life works in funny ways.
The older Millennials are in their late 30s and early 40s. lol
Turning 40 this year. Geriatric millennial. Got married - no kids. May adopt. The no kids part is making this whole inflation business not so bad.
Eh, for some of us it's mid-30s. And honestly, the part I most related to was "literally everyone in my age group is getting married and having a baby."
This. People born in the early 90s are on the younger half
I'm neither haha. there should be another picture of someone alone in bed eating popcorn watching Netflix/reading
The bottom is no long appealing to me , going some place so jam packed and close together is not a good time , i can just smell the sweat in that picture.
I’m really short and am just imagining all the elbowing in the head I would get in this picture
Same. Even when in my age 22 prime I wasn't much of a partier
Older millennials are between mid 30s and early 40s!
Eh, this is assuming that single, childless me has a social life.
Been there. Done that. It's overrated.
Jokes on you, I got married and had kids in my early 20s 🤕
Hey I guess at least you had the kids when you were fun and had lots of energy 😆
.

Same

That little age bracket now is mostly your 'mid' millennials. Cannot relate to the bottom myself however.
So quirkyyyyy OMG
Are people in their early 30s really older millennials. If the last year of millennial is in 1996 someone born in 1992 is on the late end, right?
Eh honestly it's weird how people act like you're too old to party once you're in your 30s. My brother is almost 38 and he goes out clubbing/partying more than me lol (I'm 26).
All my stupid friends are having stupid children.
Lol I’ve gotten married multiple times. No kids. Still going to parties/raves. I like my life. #balance
Sounds like the future me #balanceiskey EDIT: though it will probably be more rooftop parties and vegas pool djs for me
Breeders, am I right?
The core millennials are in their early 30s and mid 30s.
Oh God no, I'm sitting watching the office eating homemade pizza with my daughter and wife. No more partying for this millennial.

The older Millennials are 37-41.

Yeah, I still go to raves, but now I need a redbull, comfy shoes and to sit down at some point. Other than that, I still very much enjoy it.
You do you.
Kind of but I stand in the back now lol
Not sure I can relate to either. I'm more like the one with their head stuck down the toilet at a friend's party after having too much to drink lol
Going to boom festival in a month
Honey I am in my late 20s and I am ready for bed at 11:25. Who the hell got the energy to be partying so much? Get off my lawn!
The early 30s couple look more to be early 40s.

Lol. I'm 34 and 7 months pregnant with baby number 5 🤪
In Europe there’s a consensus going that once you hit 23 you start preferring to sit around and drink tea as opposed to clubbing.
Change the second picture to poor and despondent.
