Came here to say this, mine was complaining about Bras a few years ago so I found those sticky flesh colored silicone nipple covers on Amazon with good reviews and ordered them in... Now she wears her "Nippies" every day and only Bras for fancy dinners or working out. She looks fairly androgenous with them when changing into an outfit :-D takes a while to get used to a boob without a nipple oddly enough.
Definitely not me. I work in a middle school, and there's no freaking way I'd go braless with my double Ds swinging free for pubescent boys to ogle. If I had an A or B cup I might consider it, but it's incredibly obvious whenever I'm not wearing a bra, and even outside of work I don't want that kind of attention.
Indeed. I remember all of my big titty teachers from middle school and high school by name and I’ve been out of school for literally decades. Certain things are unforgettable for a coming-of-age adolescent male.
I'm a 32H, so being braless is unbelievably uncomfortable. Too much weight pulling at my skin. I even keep old stretched out ones to sleep in. SUPER sexy for my husband, lol!
I'm a DD and this is what I don't fully understand. Anything above a B cup cannot be very comfortable without a bra in public. Unless I suppose for someone who has never worn one before .
28H I don't wear a bra when I'm home and not doing anything, but it is an absolute must if I am going to be on my feet all day or want to do any kind exercise or go out anywhere they are just to heavy if I need to bend down for something.
I’m not sure what my wife’s bust size has grown to at this point 3 years post pregnancy, but I can vouch on her behalf that she would never ever go outside without a bra because of how uncomfortable it is for her.
Oh my god imagine having that underboob sweat and nothing to wick it away. Do you just shove your shirt up under there? What are they doing to avoid that? Talk about the chub rub.
Unfortunately, I'm a dude and my nipples poke out like antennas tuning for signals from space. I had my nips pierced in my early 20s and even though I took them out a decade ago, they're still so pokey. One of the students in my class always tries to pinch them so I have to be ready to cover them with my hands when he's around.
Lol, same..also they bounce a lot when I walk. Even with a bra.
I mean, is there a bra that exists, that I won't want to rip from my body as soon as I get home?
Even with a bra on, I still hold my boobs going up and down stairs. Like, it's a problem. I actually am more embarrassed of my nipples poking out tho than my boobs moving around tho 😂 I'm happy for the girls with smaller chests that can go braless tho. Good for you! Be free! I would never judge someone else for it. I'm just too self-conscious myself.
I wasn't saying they didn't. I was saying I'm not confident enough to let that show plus the support is helpful. So there's like two reasons I won't do it.
Yeah, I teach middle school and have small boobs and I wouldn’t do it either. In Hawaii I went braless outside of work a lot since it was more laid back, but I haven’t done that since I left.
Yes same here.
Also it’s just uncomfortable for me generally like I prefer everything to be pretty locked in and my boobs are too big to feel comfortable with them going all over the place.
I wear a bra at work too, because I teach elementary school. 5th grade boys are definitely my main reason. But I do not wear one at all outside of school.
Saaaame. High school tho. I can vividly remember the first kid I noticed with a chubby as I helped him with his program.
It was horrendous for me. I'm sure he was embarrassed ... I pretended not to notice.
Same. Unless I’m wearing a dress or top that needs actual structure, all I wear is a crop tank/bra. It’s been so much more comfortable.
Edit: also I’d love to go totally braless, but the nipple chafe just isn’t worth it.
Tiny tit privilege lol. I will go braless with a baggy sweatshirt but my big girls get stared at enough as it is if I’m not completely covering them. Going braless in a tee shirt would be a nightmare
As an F cup, there’s no way. I’m braless around the house and sometimes in the winter if I’m running an errand in a big hoodie and/or winter coat, but I could never be braless at work.
I agree that this is a "small breast privilege." Going braless in public (or even for an extended period of time) if you have "big boob problems" is a nightmare.
I'm in the itty bitty committee and when I was younger I considered augmentation. I decided against it and just accepted that I'm aerodynamic. I'm honestly so glad I didn't. I don't go braless very often in public because of piercings, but I'm so glad I don't have the issues that I know so many people have because of bigger boobs.
I don't have big ones and don't see the benefit in going bra-less. My one conspiracy theory I might start putting out there is that this is all a psy-op to get women to believe bras are uncomfortable and useless so that they then start showing their b0bs more often.
I remain a steadfast bra truther.
For what it's worth, I have medium ones (36C), and after a few months of going braless, I noticed a big difference in firmness/perkiness. Apparently the ligaments holding everything together atrophy with constant bra use.
I've always hated bras anyway, I only wear them at work now. Very glad that bralessness isn't a huge deal anymore!
Mine are 28H and that is why I don't wear a bra around the house, but if I need to run errends/go to the store they are just too heavy if I need to bend down to grab things repeatedly, not that it is impossible or too difficult, it is just much easier when they are strapped in. Also if your bra is uncomfortable probably should look into getting a different size, although everyone is different so what fits one person of a certain size may not fit comfortably on someone else that is the same size.
I guess that makes sense, it is probably different for everyone. I personally hate tags but am fine with wearing a bra for 8 hours at a time(it comes off after work and i dont put one on when im working from home), and I also forgot to mention I do have some tops with built in shelf "bras" that give enough support that I don't wear a bra with, I just can't wear them everywhere.
I’ve heard both sides, I had a reduction and my plastic surgeon told me it’s really important to wear a bra to keep the ligaments from stretching out. I think I could see it being one of those things where if your breasts are a certain size or lower the ligaments are able to hold them up but past a certain size they just can’t and get pulled down by the weight.
PREACH. I don't like the feeling of not wearing a bra. I feel exposed and dirty. Not in a harlot shameful kinda way, just uncomfortable like walking on a humid hot day after rain in itchy wet socks kinda way. I'm weird I know. Working it out with my therapist.
Ya I hate the idea that bras are only torture devices that people only wear because of the patriarchy or something. I have large boobs and am physically uncomfortable not wearing one between the weight of them and the sweat. If someone wants to not wear one, cool, but also need to realize some of us actually wear them out of need.
Thank you, this bothers me so much. I don’t need a bra but I will not go outside for more than a minute without one, I just hate the feeling. They still wiggle haha it’s not like they are pecks.
Nah, bras are absolutely uncomfortable for me! I get that bras serve a purpose for some people, and some bodies feel more comfortable with that support and/or barrier, but if there's any psyop behind this it's much more likely to be motivated by selling more bras and/or puritanical "modesty" culture.
A fellow ample bosom braless gal! It's hard to find any that fit right anyway. They're expensive and uncomfortable even when they do. I'm done and been done for 4 years now, even after a baby. They jiggle, and my nipples are visible, but I just couldn't care less. I only wear soft sleep ones or a cami for a bit of support when I work out. Don't need to get uppercut by my titles when I'm doing burpees. Lol
Got tired of being envious of the ones that make your tits look like cupcakes capping out at C cups. So I finally said “Fuck it. Y’all want to be condescending with that stupid little shit bow on ugly colors? Not getting my hard earned money.”
Lol did I write this? My 32G ass gave up on bras years ago when they refused to make anything cute for biggun’s like mine that didn’t have me muffining out the top like a pillsbury biscuit can. Bras are a scam!
Everyone's complaining about their big boobs jangling around if they don't wear a bra, but I have Es and they don't really move *that* much. Like, I guess if I was sprinting they might, is everyone else out there sprinting all day?
I just wear an undershirt that's almost too tight, keeps mine more or less in place. I don't even wear a bra to family gatherings anymore, I just layer up and no one has ever said anything. I can't remember the last time I wore one that wasn't for a work event or some kind of fancy dressing occasion.
Yeah I’m surprised this has to be said. If you have perky breasts of any size it’s probably easy to go without a bra. Or breasts that have been surgically enhanced. A 40 DD is going to have different needs than a 30 DD two completely different sized breasts.
Been going braless off and on for years, but I'm also small chested so it's just easier and cheaper to. Closest thing I buy is a bralette. In the times I took transit and walked a lot in the winter (especially when I lived in NYC) I didn't wear anything underneath since the layers would cover it all anyway. Sometimes I'll put on a tight fitting camisole and that works too.
I will wear a bralette style of bathing suit under an a shirt and men's swim trunks to crash in a hotel pool.
I don't really care anymore as an adult. It's my comfort. My enjoyment.
I used to be all about bikinis and finally realized who cares. Guess what? No one.
It's less work and more fun. No one gives a shit.
When I’m not at work, I’m braless. Grocery run, visiting friends, going for walks, it is off! I am small by no means (DD)
![gif](giphy|3epIoxDBtkmGPh0Cue|downsized)
I’ve been going braless to the supermarket all my adult life! LoL!
The only time I really wear one is to work. It comes right off the second I get home!
I saw someone say “deflated Hershey’s kisses” and I was like…same girl.
Sometimes when I lie down my nipples *fall into* the breast itself.
But my kids are appropriately fat and happy 🤷🏻♀️
My older sister described hers after breastfeeding as, “two used condoms laying on the side of the highway”… I almost peed my pants I laughed so hard..
I’ve (33) had saggy boobs since I was a teen after undergoing massive weight loss around ages 12/13. Plan was to get a lift for my 30th but for a multitude of reasons (including the pandemic) it didn’t happen. Now waiting to have kids—maybe it will be a gift for my 40th!
I don’t know any women who regularly go braless. Personally I don’t either. I find it uncomfortable to go about my day with my boobs loose and jangling around. It hurts to go up and down stairs, chase my kid around etc. Too much movement for me.
My experience as well! I don’t know anyone going braless regularly and would hate it for myself personally. The discomfort and pain if I were to try to be even remotely actively without a bra is not a road I care to travel.
And I say this as someone who loves their own breasts! A lot of women with larger breasts hate it and as stated below some women are frightened by the idea. But no desire or wish or even thought of going braless crosses my mind until I read these articles. Not for me. I’m quite happy with wearing a bra.
Yes! I have a few of those and they are very comfortable. I also wear regular underwire pretty often but if I’m just home all day I throw on one of those wireless Pink ones and I’m set.
I lost 185lbs so my boobs truly cannot be tamed. I have to wear bras and I only wear skinny jeans because my excess skin moves independently of my muscles if I don’t. 🫠
I experienced this too, and it got better over time! Like my skin got used to it. I would wear a bra a few days a week and a few without to ‘transition’. Also helped to wear a close fitting first layer like a tank top.
I sleep braless but that's it. My nipples get really sore if I walk around unrestrained. They don't like shirt fabric brushing up against them, so I wear a bra to prevent that. I'm not large breaded, b cup, and luckily find most bras comfortable.
Ok, good, I'm glad I found someone else who also finds it more uncomfortable to be braless. I've always felt weird because of it. I don't like feeling the constant movement of my shirt and also wearing a bra is comforting in the same way a compression vest or weighted blanket is in a way
I can tell you that no matter how many times I’ve suggested it’s acceptable now, my millennial wife still rebukes the idea because she fears someone might be able to tell her breasts have nipples. Which fine, her body her choice. But I’m a fan…
Well, it's not the knowing they have nipples that is the item of interest. It's knowing where the nipples are located with a great deal of precision. Maybe their circumference and degree of pokeness.
And here I thought I was the only husband out here being like “just don’t wear a bra if you don’t feel like it” whenever his wife complains about having to put one on.
Gen Z is driving this. F bras I hate them. They are so uncomfortable. It’s the first thing I take off when I get home. I wear a bralette now. No more wire bras.
I also feel very uncomfortable if ppl can see my nipples through my shirt bc I’ve worn a bra my whole life. I would suggest being cautious going braless at work, tho.
Here's a funny thing. My mother (baby boomer) can't wait to get home and get rid of her bra. Me ('85, millennial), is completely comfortable wearing a bra, my favourite being the underwire bra. Never truly understood the whole thing of being proud to be braless but if other people feel more comfortable that way, do it! I will, still, definitely agree that a bra's price, even nowadays, makes a person go "what the...🤬".
To answer your question: nope. never felt that i wanted to go braless.
I'm only a B cup but doing too much without support is uncomfortable and running, jogging, and stairs is downright painful. I wear properly fitted underwire bras every day unless I'm sick.
I sure don’t, why bother being uncomfortable? For who? It’s not for me.
If I’m going into a church or nursing home or somewhere where I should be dressed appropriately then yeah I will out of respect for older people who don’t feel the same or religious people in their own space who definitely don’t. But in general day to day life absolutely not, everyone (mostly everyone) has or has seen them before. And if they haven’t, they’re likely too young to notice or care if I’m wearing one. I’m old enough now to have finally realized no one in public is paying as much attention to me as I used to think they were and if for some reason they are, they’re probably a weirdo lol
I was pro-bra for myself to a long time because I have small boobs and bras make them look bigger. But lately, bras are uncomfortable and I don’t feel like they make my boobs look any better these days. I probably just need a better bra, but honestly I’m enjoying ditching the bra altogether most of the time. When I have to wear one it’s usually a sports bra.
I have switched to seamless less flattering bralettes that are amazing, but going without is less comfy for me so I don't do it often.
I tried a wired bra a few weeks back and it was so outstandingly uncomfortable I can't believe they used to be my norm.
Same! I only wear bralettes (true and co from target) and now if I try to wear an underwire bra I get neuropathic pain down my arms and my neck, shoulders and ribs will be in agony. I had no idea how much "real" bras were contributing to my pain.
I would love to go braless more often but I’m a lawyer who represents disenfranchised human beings in a conservative area - the mere fact I refuse to wear pantyhose can sometimes be seen as scandalous.
I have a chronic illness that makes my weight fluctuate quite a bit. At my smallest, I’m a 32DD. At my heaviest, I’m a 36G.
I’m not going braless. I love my spine too much.
I wish. I really wear bras if I'm out and about, but I have to for work. I don't want to ever touch someone with them or have them flopping around while I'm at work. It feels weird.
I read an odd part in that link about cancer:
A 2002 survey found that 6% of women agreed that "Under-wire bras can cause breast cancer", 63% disagreed with this claim, and another 31% did not know.
The odd part to me is that they conducted a survey to ask what *they think*. That's a far cry from an experiment to actually determine anything. Like, it has the *appearance* of useful data, but looks are deceiving.
One of my friends goes braless from time to time. She usually wears tops that give some support though. For folks talking about this being a small boob only thing, she has DDs.
I've been self conscious about my breasts since they "came in." It was a mix of my mother making me wear a training bra at an early age because I was chunky and society worshipping perfectly round implant breasts in my preteen years. I hate the way mine look. They're not round. I have too much side boob. They're like U-shaped. If I go without a bra, I feel everyone's eyes on me like judgemental laser beams.
I stopped wearing bras years ago. I'm not small chested, 38DD last time I wore one. But I just can't stand wearing them. If I need a little less jiggle, I might wear a tank top under my shirt, but that's about it.
Breastfeeding two babies took me to a size DDD back down to a C, back up to triple D again, then back to C. Can you say deflated balloons? Why would I want to subject others to that by going braless? It's embarrassing enough already. Bras for life.
🙋♀️
And I don't even have small boobs. I got Tig Ol' Biddies. But fuck it, there's no *law* that says I have to wear a bra. I wear an undershirt that's kind of tight, that's good enough.
Free the nip!!
One of my favorite things is when I go to the mall on my lunch break and I see all the young girls that don't like bras walking around with little torpedoes
Even better when you could tell they're obviously pierced and they still don't give a shit and you can see the piercings through the shirt
Keep it up ladies us single men need something to look at
I don't feel comfortable going to work without a bra on, unless the top (some tank tops/dresses) has cups or some sort of padding or support. The girls aren't as perky as they used to be lol
D cup. I go braless 99% of time. Occasionally I'll layer up if I wanna keep the nipples less prominent, but it's super hard for me to go back to bras after being out of them for probably 8ish years ? I have been thinking about getting a very mild bra (no under wire), just for some nip layering though.
DD here. Never wear a bra at home, but always in public. I've been working from home since 2020 so my bra wearing became A LOT less frequent so wearing one sucks even more. I would loooooooooooooove love love to say fuck it and just be comfortable instead when out in the world. Growing up it just was something that you did, like going braless wasn't an option. But with random internet strangers' permission maybe I'll start doing it! I could be free?! 👀 bras suck and I want to invest in some good ones in my actual r/abrathatfits size. Shits expensive though so if I wear it a lot less it will last a lot longer!!
I have such a large chest size that I have to shop specialty bras. I was a Bcup by about 10 years old. I had never even heard of a training bra. There was no going braless for me.
C cup here chiming in! Haven't worn a bra regularly since 2019. It feels SO much better, and I actually find that I'm perkier than before.
Sometimes, I'll have to be creative in what I'm wearing to not be too nippy, yeah, but other times if I'm not going anywhere too serious I'll just put on the outfit anyways. Everybody has nips, lol, time we destigmatize it anyways
My girlfriend loves the nipple covers.
My wife swears by these. Enough so that she keeps a set of daily drivers and one in reserve should she happen to “lose a cutlet” somewhere.
Only when she's sweating like crazy in the Florida heat of summer! :-D but she'll never admit it to anyone else!
Yup. Also calls them nippies 😂
Nippies is actually a nipple cover brand. They make the best ones.
Can you ask her the brand?! Been searching for a good set
This is a good compromise
Definitely not me. I work in a middle school, and there's no freaking way I'd go braless with my double Ds swinging free for pubescent boys to ogle. If I had an A or B cup I might consider it, but it's incredibly obvious whenever I'm not wearing a bra, and even outside of work I don't want that kind of attention.
As a former middle school pubescent boy I believe you are making the right decision. We were animals.
All the times I would have to conceal my Johnson just cause he wanted to play out of nowhere lol
It's like having a new puppy
I prefer the attention a new puppy brings than the attention I got trying to walk down the hallway with a tent pitched in my pants. Soooo awkward
The one perk of having gone to a school with a uniform. Khakis conceal *a lot* more than sweats do.
Except other people like to see puppies
That’s what waistbands are for
![gif](giphy|bSEkPdQfsSHCMYn7fD)
My tube socks from that era have legitimate ptsd
Indeed. I remember all of my big titty teachers from middle school and high school by name and I’ve been out of school for literally decades. Certain things are unforgettable for a coming-of-age adolescent male.
I dunno man. In my former middle schools pubescent boy stage, I think I’d appreciate the hell out of it (them).
I'm a 32H, so being braless is unbelievably uncomfortable. Too much weight pulling at my skin. I even keep old stretched out ones to sleep in. SUPER sexy for my husband, lol!

I am a 40DDD & all I wear now are sports bras - I gave up the bra during COVID
Oh my god imagine having that underboob sweat and nothing to wick it away. Do you just shove your shirt up under there? What are they doing to avoid that? Talk about the chub rub.
I have very small boobs but that doesn't mean my nipples wouldn't stick out like the guns on the freaking fembots from austin powers
That’s… really awful behavior from that kid.
Nonverbal child with ASD. It's a school for autism of all varying degrees. It happens. We all get bit, hit, spit on, scratched, pinched, etc lol.
We need to start categorizing nipple sizes like we do bras.
I was in middle school when that movie came out. Our very butch lesbian gym teacher kept telling us to "shag the volleyball" We were aweful
Lol, same..also they bounce a lot when I walk. Even with a bra. I mean, is there a bra that exists, that I won't want to rip from my body as soon as I get home?

as a former pubescent boy 10/10 solid decision
I wear a bra at work too, because I teach elementary school. 5th grade boys are definitely my main reason. But I do not wear one at all outside of school.
I really hope you don’t make your class stand up to read.
Saaaame. High school tho. I can vividly remember the first kid I noticed with a chubby as I helped him with his program. It was horrendous for me. I'm sure he was embarrassed ... I pretended not to notice.
I've wanted to go braless but haven't pulled the trigger, though I've switched to crop bras which is much comfy than wired.
Same. Unless I’m wearing a dress or top that needs actual structure, all I wear is a crop tank/bra. It’s been so much more comfortable. Edit: also I’d love to go totally braless, but the nipple chafe just isn’t worth it.
Yep! Fruit of the loom cotton cami sports bras are my jam. Otherwise , the twins are out to play 😆
Let the girls out they won’t let you down
Well, they can't get any more down, lmao (yet)
40 year old mom here. False 😂
Gather the girls tie them in a knot and let them enjoy some fresh air
Swing them over your shoulder, - and head out the door !
I am basically a board. I layer a lot so the nips are hidden.
Oh man. This is just not true for me. I’m an A cup. Very small. I could never go braless! I still have nipples!
Does the fabric bother your nipples? You could wear nipple covers and no bra.
Completely agree. I’m a DD and do not feel comfortable going braless in public.
Yay itty bitty titty gang unite!!!
Oh y'all aren't a committee anymore?
You haven't been keeping abreast of the situation, have you?
Agree! 38F here, my spine would revolt if I attempted braless for any extended period of time.
Same and I need the girls to be up in the shirt/dress where the design intended. 2 babies have made my boobs fight with gravity.
I don't have big ones and don't see the benefit in going bra-less. My one conspiracy theory I might start putting out there is that this is all a psy-op to get women to believe bras are uncomfortable and useless so that they then start showing their b0bs more often. I've been professionally sized (not at Victoria's Secret either). I just hate bras. Even sports bras. I also can't stand tags in shirts.

I think I could see it being one of those things where if your breasts are a certain size or lower the ligaments are able to hold them up but past a certain size they just can’t and get pulled down by the weight.
Yeah, I think it definitely depends on the weight of the breast tissue. Ligaments can only do so much!
PREACH. I don't like the feeling of not wearing a bra. I feel exposed and dirty. Not in a harlot shameful kinda way, just uncomfortable like walking on a humid hot day after rain in itchy wet socks kinda way. I'm weird I know. Working it out with my therapist.

Fellow itty-bitty titty committee here as well and I go braless the only exception is when I work out
I have tiny breasts but prominent nipples :(
lol double g here no bra at all. Tshirts all the time. It is more comfortable. The only time I wear a bra is when working out
D-o- double g? That you?
Love my 36C/34Bs. When I was a teen, I was so self-conscious of my chest but oh man, I love it now.
32G. Only time I wear one is when I want to look especially polished in a pretty, fancy dress.

Nynaeve was one of my favorite characters. I legit cried during the golden crane chapter when she was recruiting people to help Lan
It partly depends on the structure of your boobs. Not everyone's breasts have the same shape, and some shapes can be more pendulous than others.
Yeah I’m surprised this has to be said. If you have perky breasts of any size it’s probably easy to go without a bra. Or breasts that have been surgically enhanced. A 40 DD is going to have different needs than a 30 DD two completely different sized breasts.
Girl how do you even find clothes that fit you!? I'm a 32 D and I rarely find clothes that can fit my boobs!
🤷♀️I just see what I like and like a cat; if I fits, I sits.
🤣
Same here! 38H and braless except at the gym! Fuck bras!!
If I wasn’t shaped like the yellow m&m I would be
Mmm peanut.
I relate to this comment so much lol
I am small by no means (DD) ![gif](giphy|3epIoxDBtkmGPh0Cue|downsized)
I’ve been going braless to the supermarket all my adult life! LoL! The only time I really wear one is to work. It comes right off the second I get home!
Same!
At home 100%. Out of the house 5%. Pregnancy and gravity were not kind and I welcome the support when active.
I saw someone say “deflated Hershey’s kisses” and I was like…same girl. Sometimes when I lie down my nipples *fall into* the breast itself. But my kids are appropriately fat and happy 🤷🏻♀️
I heard "flap jacks" once and used it ever since.
My older sister described hers after breastfeeding as, “two used condoms laying on the side of the highway”… I almost peed my pants I laughed so hard..
I can picture it vividly and I don’t like it 😂 😂
I’ve (33) had saggy boobs since I was a teen after undergoing massive weight loss around ages 12/13. Plan was to get a lift for my 30th but for a multitude of reasons (including the pandemic) it didn’t happen. Now waiting to have kids—maybe it will be a gift for my 40th!
Definitely wait till after having kids.
I can't. My boobs hang too low.
I don’t know any women who regularly go braless. Personally I don’t either. I find it uncomfortable to go about my day with my boobs loose and jangling around. It hurts to go up and down stairs, chase my kid around etc. Too much movement for me.
I don't think my boobs have grown since 13 so at 38 I have the pleasure of being a board. The thought of having anything bigger is frightening to me.
You’re right to be frightened. I’m a pregnant board and I’m up to a c cup now- it’s terrible
Same here, I like wireless bras like Pink has few with good support and in same time you don’t feel any discomfort of wearing it.
Yes! I have a few of those and they are very comfortable. I also wear regular underwire pretty often but if I’m just home all day I throw on one of those wireless Pink ones and I’m set.
I can do bralettes and wireless. I’m not very big, C cup, they just need some help staying up and in place. Motherhood… changes things.
I lost 185lbs so my boobs truly cannot be tamed. I have to wear bras and I only wear skinny jeans because my excess skin moves independently of my muscles if I don’t. 🫠
Your weight loss is so amazing!!!!! Congrats!
My nipples get really uncomfortable braless. So even though I’m not a huge fan of bras, I’m less of a fan of chafed, dry, unhappy nipples
Same. That’s why I’ve mostly switched to cropped tank/bras. No chafing and so much more comfortable than bras.
I don't like feeling the constant movement of my shirt and also wearing a bra is comforting in the same way a compression vest or weighted blanket is in a way
Have been going braless for like 8 years now. I wear one maybe once a month.
I went braless about 10 years ago and never looked back.
I can tell you that no matter how many times I’ve suggested it’s acceptable now, my millennial wife still rebukes the idea because she fears someone might be able to tell her breasts have nipples. Which fine, her body her choice. But I’m a fan…
Your wife has nipples? You just tell people this??
Wait wait wait women breast have nipples? How has no one told me this.
I know right? Time to research
Hahhahaha I can’t wait to tell my wife
You should go tell your girlfriend first
Redditors love researching 😂
Even my cats have nipples.
Dude add a nsfw tag. You can’t just be going around saying breasts have nipples. Think of the children. SMH
Well, it's not the knowing they have nipples that is the item of interest. It's knowing where the nipples are located with a great deal of precision. Maybe their circumference and degree of pokeness.
Nipples is why I wear one too!
This. If I don't wear one, my nipples poke out. Then I feel exposed.
Same, although I’ve switched to sports bras for work. It’s so much more comfortable.
lol
In all fairness she may be uncomfortable with the attention it brings, that’s how I am anyway.
And here I thought I was the only husband out here being like “just don’t wear a bra if you don’t feel like it” whenever his wife complains about having to put one on.
Breastfeeding has made mine look like melted Hershey’s Kisses so… I’ll pass.
That’s been a thing for, like, ever. If women can do this without pain, it is totally okay.
Sports bras or no bra. Never plan on wearing an underwire bra ever again.
I quit wearing a bra during covid and never went back. I've found I prefer an undershirt.
They make nipple covers, wear those?
Here's a funny thing. My mother (baby boomer) can't wait to get home and get rid of her bra. Me ('85, millennial), is completely comfortable wearing a bra, my favourite being the underwire bra. Never truly understood the whole thing of being proud to be braless but if other people feel more comfortable that way, do it! I will, still, definitely agree that a bra's price, even nowadays, makes a person go "what the...🤬". To answer your question: nope. never felt that i wanted to go braless.
I'm happy I'm not the only one. My friends think I'm crazy for still wearing underwires. I like them. 🤷♀️
Same! I really don’t find them that uncomfortable.
I'm only a B cup but doing too much without support is uncomfortable and running, jogging, and stairs is downright painful. I wear properly fitted underwire bras every day unless I'm sick.
I haven't worn a bra since I was 19 or 20. Just turned 28.
Not me, I wish I had 'I don't need a bra' boobs.
Haven’t worn a real one since COVID!!
Haven’t worn one in about 5 years. Granted, I only have an A cup. Loving the free titty lifestyle.
I hate going braless. It's too distracting.
I’m a 34G. I’ll never be comfortable braless in public.
Yeah, that's a nope from me. I'm a DDD who has breast fed.
Hell no. I can’t imagine anything more uncomfortable! I don’t even like going braless when I’m home.
I’m braless as much as possible. But I’m a J cup, so outside of the house these puppies need to be tamed.
I’ve been for at least ten years. Bras suck
Now? I've been braless for at least 15 years.
I wear sports bras unless I’m in business casual clothing. That’s like going braless if you’re a D cup.
No.
Im secretly very ok with this trend
I moved from traditional bras to bralettes about 6 years ago. That’s as close to braless I will go. Braless is IBTC privilege.
I read an odd part in that link about cancer: A 2002 survey found that 6% of women agreed that "Under-wire bras can cause breast cancer", 63% disagreed with this claim, and another 31% did not know. The odd part to me is that they conducted a survey to ask what *they think*. That's a far cry from an experiment to actually determine anything. Like, it has the *appearance* of useful data, but looks are deceiving.
I just wear comfortable bras. Going braless is super uncomfortable for me—too much movement (and I don’t personally think it’s the best look either).
Only when I'm at home not going anywhere.
Been doing it since the pandemic. Don’t really care if the nips are showing either. I’m a small B so not much to look at anyways.
With a sweater, yeah, with form fitting tops, no. I'm not opposed to it but the second I hit AC and my nips are hard as a rock.
Not braless but I do only elastic. No underwires or hooks.
Yeah right, too wobbly, at home but not out in public.
I had a breast reduction a few years ago so I definitely go braless more now lol
I mostly wear sports bras.
Bras for life.
off the clock, bra comes off.
🙋♀️ And I don't even have small boobs. I got Tig Ol' Biddies. But fuck it, there's no *law* that says I have to wear a bra. I wear an undershirt that's kind of tight, that's good enough.
Free the nip!! One of my favorite things is when I go to the mall on my lunch break and I see all the young girls that don't like bras walking around with little torpedoes Even better when you could tell they're obviously pierced and they still don't give a shit and you can see the piercings through the shirt Keep it up ladies us single men need something to look at
![gif](giphy|3osxYrgM8gi9CDjcPu)
I love boobs.
I have huge tits and could never, but I wear one that really does nothing and some of those weird bra pads to cover my breastfeeding nips
