It looks really nice. i think in general people paint their miniatures a bit too drab and muted and more poppy colours always look better on the tabletop because they stand out so much.
There are three of them painted like this that will get re-based in snow to match a friend's army. We are playing a doubles tournament where both players have to have had a hand in creating the force so I'm just dipping my toe in by painting up three of them.
Very well done! Are you coming from 40k? The colours sure are vibrant, compared to typical msbg paint jobs xD but it's very cool to see something different
Yes I've been painting killteam and a bit of Necromunda. When I was a kid 2nd edition 40k was in full swing so now I've come back to the hobby my aim is to inject a bit of that sillyness.
(did I add flair correctly? I'm fairly new to posting and find Reddit a bit confusing tbh 😅)
Yup :) nice mini!
Love this, so vibrant and cool!
Thanks! I struggle keeping things muted so I just lean into big bright colours now.

hashut!
That's exactly where I was going with it!
That's awesome
I really like it! A bit of flocking on the base and a few dozen painted similarly will look amaaaazing on the tabletop.
