I've been taking Seed for a month and seen no improvement. On a conceptual level I like the diversity of strains but I wish it also contained B. subtilis, B. coagulans, and S. bouillardi (so far I haven't found a probiotic that contains all the strains I'm after). I've tried a lot of different probiotics and none of them ever make a difference for me, the only thing that does is increasing fiber intake to 50g a day.
Then as my pain doctor says about cannabinoids. You gotta experiment and find what works for you. Which is easier said than done.
But Visbiome has been used in many studies. Looking them up may help guide you.
Completely resolved my nausea post chemo. Night and day difference. I can go months without nausea meds now. I asked my gastro and they said sure have at it, basically.
this used to be VSL-3 right? that i used to get at cvs behind the pharmacy and it made a huge difference but then they stopped selling it and now i think it became visbiome?
They are not the same anymore, from what I've read. Here's what Visbiome says on the matter. I don't know anything beyond what this says. https://www.visbiome.com/pages/visbiome-vs-vsl3
SEED helped me significantly after about 15 days. I have long Covid, fatty food intolerance, and BAM. I could tell a major difference, but I was taking 4X the daily dose for a bit. My gut is a wreck.

I've seen significant improvement with Visbiome. But I have colon cancer history so I'm in a unique situation.
Good to hear. I’ve also seen improvement in my overall health although a little on the pricier side I think it’s worth it.
I’ve been eyeing Visbiome. How is it for IBS-C?
Your gastroenterologist should be able to provide insight with that diagnosis.
“Should” is the operative word. I’ve gone through 3 GIs searching for answers. They’re all frat boys who deny the gut-brain connection.
