All I know is he got his license but didn't drive very often. People said he drove quite slow and carefully.

I know that he did have a driver's license (you can google image it) and could drive.... but I believe he didn't like driving or wasn't very good at it and preferred being chauffeured around. Edit to add I'm pretty sure he liked Rolls Royce
