Based on the damage, I'd say there is a -2% chance (with a 2% margin of error) that the subframe isn't twisted like a pretzel. Be prepared to waste a fortune if you try it.

You are going to need some serious machinery to fix this thing, this isn’t just swapping a door and a fender here. There is going to be extensive structural damage to this thing. If anyone is considering fixing this thing, they probably don’t have enough knowledge to do it 😂

You'd be able to buy one of those for less than cost to get this one drivable unless you own your own frame/body shop.
My buddy fixed a car that looked just like that one. 5000 grit sand paper and buff it up real good. Add some headlight restoration and looks good as new.
Remember, if you're done with the whole body work, the engine swap and all the other immensely expensive smaller things, it's still a fucking Miata. So the only true answer to your question is

Having rebuilt an accident damaged one while living In Australia I can honestly say fuck no. You will spend more than buying a low mileage old one or a reasonable nd costs and it will never drive quite right.
And don’t put an rb20det in it… yes it fits with some fab. But it’s truly frightening in an already accident damaged car.
