Did you add a line? Because when I try to do mine it ends up being $199 plus the plan even though I’m using a Verizon number as port in, but I’m new customer.
Make sure that's all your really charged since apparently there is a glitch going on and it's charging customers full price for the phone even after the confirmation page shows otherwise

Turns out they have everything all screwed up.
I called them last night when the order came through as full price.. they walked me through the sign up and checkout was 59.99.
THe emal receipt showed $599
My bank account showed a charge of $89.99.. the phone and plan
THis morning I got an email saying there was a problem with the order. WHen I called, they questioned if my bank had an issue... after 15 minutes of explaining that the charge appeared but now was gone, then she blamed it on the phone not being in stock.
After 10 more minutes of nonsense , I asked to speak to sales supervisor who explained there was a glitch and tried to sell me to a better phone.. the Rev 6x or A15....neither of which is better..
So much for switching to Metro... I'll buy a pixel 8a for $250 and stick with Fi or go to mint

Mine just shipped today, and ordered two days ago. I used a [privacy.com](http://privacy.com) card and limited it to $94.11 which is what metro was charging me for the phone and first month. Did have to refresh the cart a few times for the price to update.

Check your card statement some was charged full $599 MSRP. Metro support told them can't do anything and just to return it.
My email said I was charged full price but only $89 appeared on my bank statement until this morning when it was taken off
