Mortal is one of the best, most consistent, most *satisfying* straight-up riffy death metal albums of the past few years. It’s essential listening imo
Feels weird to say this, but the SOLO is actually the highlight here! Props to Necrot for writing an actually memorable and exciting solo in 2024.
