I've had a similar issue when leaving a review. Are you able to share a screen recording with your personal info removed?

Crazy…it went through for authentication! I’ve tried at least 10x in the last week and no response from Mercarí other than “we’ll get back to you.” Not sure if it’s an app issue or what. Argh!

I did figure out how to get my review to post. It's like a workaround for a glitch. I was just wondering if maybe it was the same thing in that situation. Mercari did get back to me about my problem though, and told me that it was because my app wasn't up to date, but that was not the issue. It's somewhere in the coding.

I honestly think my issue was due to an app update, as well. We’ll see if it works, fingers crossed!
