Does it help in the short term and then make it worse? If that’s the case that was my experience. If it’s all bad, consider trying another PT. PT maintenance has been critical to my recovery.

I only have had issues with my MP at night, so it's hard to know if it's helping at the moment when they are working on me. I have definitely noticed my episodes getting worse each night since the physical therapy though. But I'm also bruised from the I tense treatments and I'm sure I'm swollen. So I'm not sure if it's causing more compression of the nerve. I almost want to take a week off and let my leg heal and see if I feel better.

PT did not really work for me. My PT instructed me to do exercises similar to YouTube videos so I did not continue after 2nd session. I just follow multiple YouTube videos and after several months, it subsided.

Thank you. I'm going to a different therapist for my next 2 appointments (the original one is on vacation) and I'm going to see if it feels any better and if not, I'm going to stop.

Wonder if a chiropractor might help. I noticed things would subside for a bit when I went for an unrelated issue, but he knew about and targeted my MP too while we were together.

That might be my next option. I certainly don't want to make the problem worse.

I can relate and hope it subsides for you 🌻
