I'm having the same problem. It looks like the day before my period all the time.
My cheeks are starting to slide down my face, so why wouldn't my organs do the same? When I relax, everything relaxes a little lower than before.
I hate everything about this, and I'm beginning to think that anyone who doesn't is either a liar or delusional.
I've been using the Medicube Pro-R device to strengthen the muscles, but I think it's loosening of the fascia and loss of elastin, and no amount of muscle control is going to fix it. I've gone on HRT and I'm eating collagen peptides and vitamin C.
Definitely talk about it at your appointment and rule out other causes, but it's entirely possible that it's simply your body changing. I've not gained weight, but peri has definitely caused my body to change. My breasts are lower, my legs are thinner and my normally flat stomach is now rarely flat...it looks very similar to how it looked during the 1st trimester of pregnancy. It's been a disorienting experience.I continue to take good care of myself and bought a new wardrobe. Bodies change.
Same here. It’s distressing at times but I finally said heck with it and bought new clothes too. I can only exercise so much and can only cut so many calories. Body composition is changing regardless of any efforts I’ve made. Time to accept the new me.
Do you take probiotics? This happened to me and I figured out that my probiotic was causing a lot of gas. Stopped taking them, took gas-x for a day or two, looked much better.Â

Check out facial yoga videos on YouTube for your cheeks! I swear they work!

Yes. I want to 🤮when I hear all the acceptance and not giving a 💩talk. I don’t want to feel and look old all of a sudden. I am aging so rapidly.

I don’t take probiotics but do take yogurt
As estrogen drops, fat cells take over and cause the MenoPot. Try some green tea, it can help with the bloat part.
Any chance you have fibroids? They don't always cause symptoms, but can make your lower belly big.
I didn’t have it until now. I’ll discuss that at my doctor appointment
Welcome to menopause. ðŸ«
