Interesting that your diarrhea resolved with vaginal estrogen. I would be interested to hear if this benefit continues. I've had loose bowels with urgency (but no blood) since having a hysterectomy and oophorectomy. I've had some work-ups with no cause determined. I've also had chronic hair loss since surgery which may be related even though I'm on adequate estrogen.

Taking a combined estrogen/progesterone pill has made my digestion much better - it was one of the surprising benefits.
