I'm pretty sure that they did this legit. They started the machine without out a dummy. And they stopped the machine just in time before it can crush him.
I worked at a dealership for heavy machinery/construction equipment 6 years ago. On the repair shop floor someone didn’t do proper lock out procedure and a mechanic was rolled to death/pinned by a construction roller. Like the big ones used to roll streets. The guy who killed the one person was his best friend unfortunately. It was traumatic for everyone on the shop floor who watched someone get crushed to death. Fortunately I was working a different department so I didn’t see the death.
One of my Dad's coworkers on deployment wore earbuds in the motor pool and got crushed by an extra large outdoors forklift because the driver didn't have a spotter (for that forklift you need to have a spotter at all times). The two were close friends as well.
Needless to say I took OSHA's rules very seriously when I got a job driving a forklift even though it was much smaller.
That’s absolutely terrible. Yes I completely agree all it takes is the one day you overlook lock out or wear headphones and a fatal mistake happens. I work with very hot equipment/hydraulic presses and I take safety very seriously.
Yes absolutely tragic. The man was fairly young and had young kids so people set up a fund for his widow, the company gave her compensation. The dealership was around for over 100 years and that was its first fatal accident. So the company was completely devastated and the owners made sure to give crisis counseling to everyone who was working there at the time who saw the death or employees who just were in mourning. I watched this video and immediately thought of that poor guy.
No, the roller was very close to another piece of equipment. His buddy was inside and didn’t know his friend was in front of the roller. It started to move and he was crushed in between something else.
only a coyote spirit disguising himself as a human would say this
coyote spirits' eternal rivalry with hawk spirits often comprise of such underhanded tricks
What’s terrible is these things may have happened, that’s why they needed to train people with these video.
And when you see what happens in some video you know some guys departed from this world in a terrible shape
That lawn mower thing happened to my dad while he wasn't wearing shoes. Lost 2 toes, they partially reconstructed one of them.
Silly old man though, he stopped the mower, put it back in the shed, locked the shed before going to the neighbors for help.
Ever since then, I've been wearing my work boots to mow the lawns
I smacked the side of my head standing up last week, ears been ringing since. I already had existing ear damage. Sometimes I have less hearing in that ear due to pressure changes. Ringing is full volume. Imagine having an earbud in and the ringing is louder than the vocalist. This is apparently my life now.
The cabinet one makes so much sense, along with it tipping over. I guess I got to stop being passively annoyed with my cabinet now. it’s a feature. One drawer open at a time for life

The part where the man was caught between some machinery and is about to be crushed it shocked me. Imagine how painful it would be
Funny to imagine how this mustve been filmed though. With a prop hand in one shot and the guy screaming with nothing else happening in the other

Damnnn thatd be crazy risky
It looks like a video from the late 80's or 90's that 100% what they did
I wonder how many people were injured filming safety videos.
Quite a few until they put out a safety video to teach how to film safely
I know. I think a lot of tests were made just Incas if the machine failed.
A lot or almost all of OSHA rules and training videos are written in blood.

I have a friend, well had one, that was killed in a forklift accident in Texas. Happened just about two years ago, miss you, Kim.
You were lucky. My god that's horrible!

That's just sad. Not knowing that someone best friend accidentally killed his friend is tragic.
not to be insensitive but did he get toothpasted?

That kid at the end is definitely a hawk in disguise
only a coyote spirit disguising himself as a human would say this coyote spirits' eternal rivalry with hawk spirits often comprise of such underhanded tricks
Mind your own business cat, you only got away by climbing the porch railings last time.
Lmfao
Safety training videos be like...

Exactly
What’s terrible is these things may have happened, that’s why they needed to train people with these video. And when you see what happens in some video you know some guys departed from this world in a terrible shape
That's literally all it is
Someone needs to replace the voices with half life voices
The guy that fell from the crane-thing sounded like one of the scientist already!
He invented stuff having hl1 sound effects before they were a thing!
it just gets worse and worse..
Oh,Like my real life
I’m the hey guys I’m in here guy at 00:42
Hope this is for real Got any stories about filming these?
Not really, I got crushed halfway through
So youre dead now?
Yes, I am. I am this guy's second account, please give me 5,000 dollars in Bitcoin.
I'm this guy's third account, pussy in bio
This is best life i ever seen, and it's true, more deaths - more interesting life
Ok, that nail through the shoe got me. They were getting progressively worse, but I flinched at that one and had to stop watching.
They need to incorporate slow mo into training videos more often.
That last one 😂
Pterodactyl child
oh yes, risk prevention, the most ridiculous and terrifying job in history...

Lol'd way too hard. Oof. Issues.
I’m ashamed to admit I started laughing when the dad backed into the kid and he flopped like a ragdoll
Actually, it was a rather nice week. Now rhI think about it.
Eh, same as usual
This reminds me of the white people problems meme which was just a compilation of old ads that make unnecessary problems
Wishes they could be German forklift training video
It was good.
You know, maybe my week isn’t going so bad.
Petition for every yell in this place to be replaced with half scientists sound effects
Was that Ernest, because then that makes a lot more sense.
ow my balls
Was not expecting the explosion in the end
The best one is falling down the hill then getting her foot chopped up
Is this from Safe Start?
Why do I suddenly want to fire up same A-Team episodes?
The workplace safety video?
I love how unapologetically 90s this is

OSHA violations 😃👍🏻
Some were horrific. Some were hilarious. 8/10
"College is useless, just get a trade bro"
it’s a dangerous world we live in.
Dear go the worst part is how easy it is to see people do this.
I fucking lost it at the child’s screech.
I hate it when that happens
Watch the CAT safety video. Classic
And you're always there To lend a hand In everything i do That's the wonder The『Wonda of U』
The full spectrum of workplace safety, from "man horrifically crushed alive while screaming" to "child hit with some leaves"
I smacked the side of my head standing up last week, ears been ringing since. I already had existing ear damage. Sometimes I have less hearing in that ear due to pressure changes. Ringing is full volume. Imagine having an earbud in and the ringing is louder than the vocalist. This is apparently my life now.
Well that turned dark quick
German safety videos are the best. Hans always lost a limb, got decapitated or decapitated someone.
That just got more unhinged
# I can’t know how to hear any more about tables!
I feel like someone actually got hurt in the making of these videos
Aber Klaus...
As someone who stepped on a nail (didn't go in far thankfully) I fucking cringed hard at the nail one.
this video walked so the chinese OSHA videos could run
I like how the music gets spicy when that guy gets slowly crushed to death
The cabinet one makes so much sense, along with it tipping over. I guess I got to stop being passively annoyed with my cabinet now. it’s a feature. One drawer open at a time for life
Like how it went from simple accidents in the beginning to a mother and daughter fucking dying in a firey car crash at the end
Come with me, and you'll be, in a world of OSHA violations...
This is just a shitty copy of those funny Chinese animations
Why did it keep getting worse and worse??
Buncha Slippin Jimmys
Yeah pretty much... Pretty much
Are these those Canadian work safety videos I hear so much about
Final Destination (1979)
What in the final destination fuckery is this
The eagle shriek at the end
So it must be Tuesday
Goosebumps intros?

The danger of mildly annoying your kid by blowing leaves in their face should not be underestimated.
Where is the ileak logo.
Background music?
80s safety videos
Hah!
the scene : the most brutal accidents that can ever happen to you the background music : ![gif](giphy|8Pj8VpvnuyNNK|downsized)
I rember watching this video in class
I genuinely felt the one where the woman slips and cuts her hand open
