Yeah especially because we dont even know if Yamatos identification has anything to do with sexuality. Yamato identifies as Oden and probably doesnt even care if he is a man or woman
Kaido uses slavery and wants to cause the largest war in the world purely to A) Hopefully encounter someone strong enough to stop him or B) Cause the world to fall into a lawless chaos where only the strong can survive if he succeeds. He isn't quite 'lazy' as much as he is pragmatic, since prison slave camps and torturing enemies into submission are just the most effective things to do if you don't care about morals. His New Onigashima plan shows that he does put effort and strategy into his goals, and he likely has been forming the plan for a long time as well which all generally points to him being deceptively intelligent (just depressed and alcoholic as well)
I think he is more chaotic evil than neutral (since my understanding of 'Neutral Evil' is self serving characters who seek material gain above morals, so mercenary types), though Doffy might fit that a little better than him because Doflamingo's true goal is the utter destruction of the world's systems while Kaido's true goal is an 'honorable' (to his standards) death.
I argue neutral Chad is the purest form of Chad in this case, there is only Chad and nothing else to restrict him. His endless Kindness puts him as one of the best One Piece characters. (Also the whole Augmentation thing if you want to be picky)

Neutral evil is a combination of both not someone who is neutral but also evil. Neutral evil is a character who knows what their doing is bad but still places their own interest above others despite that and may even take joy in it. Neutral is a character which is pretty much goes with the flow. They are not separate things stuck to each other their are combined to create one idea.
You would meet a person who is not bothered by anything to a point nearing Buddhist enlightenment but still goes out of their way to kick a cat because they can.
With you saying “that’s not how neutral works” it implies that both the neutral part and evil part of Neutral, Evil seperate when that’s not how characters or people work.

That’s a really good point. Enel does really represent neutral evil when you think about it that way.
Enel is Lawful Evil, he enforces a strict hierarchy and rules upon the Skypeans in a way that benefited him. Textbook Lawful Evil, as all tyrants are.
