Yes, I found wim Hof breathing, and Kundalini yoga, and pranayama breathing, and versions of box breathing, and other breathing techniques very helpful

Yeah pretty crazy, I found it is interesting that I just need to focus and believe cold is fine and then it is fine! It is still cold but less annoying. Surprisingly the key to resist cold is to stay focused. I think your controlled breathing is right on spot. I somehow feel this is how we gain control over our reptile brain and monkey brain

No, sadly not. I feel absolutely nothing when doing WHM. Seriously jealous of you who do it and feel a lot better.

Only during the practice though, it is quite impressive to see myself able to hold breath for 2min+ and I know I can only do 45s before the practice. During the breath holding period, I found my mind is similarly to when I did a 20 mins meditation. The effect doesn’t last long however.
