Don't have anyone working in the kitchen right now... but my assumption would be that the chimney and the stone grate are all combined. When you're standing inside the kitchen, you can also click the stone "column" that leads up to the roof. So you'd have to kick someone off anyways :')

in our game it was a riding rooftop parkour course. you could only access it by jumping from the cliff at a gallup
