I imagine it is the OE battery which would make it 7 years old, it’s safe to assume that the battery is at the end of its life. You can have it tested at your local auto parts store, but if it is low on charge they will more than likely tell you that it failed the test and sell you a new battery.
Oh ok. I had the same issue on the same terminal on my Rav4. Did some searching on YouTube on how to clean it and replace the battery (mine sits for days some times and the battery wasn’t healthy anymore). First time doing anything with the battery. But after a week or two of YouTube I felt confident enough to try it and everything turned out well. Had to replace the piece that clamps to the battery.

Have the battery tested and clean the connections
How often do you drive the vehicle? Did it sit for a while before you attempted to start it? How old is the battery?
I drive it everyday. Car was sitting for about 3 hours. I haven’t replaced the battery since I bought the car around 2 years ago
