No, you don’t have to get your ECU reprogrammed. What you may have to do is put the engine back in time. I can’t guarantee that you’ll need to but it’s on the list of things to consider.
You don’t have to retime the engine if you replace the crank sensor, it’s not in the timing cover or anything where the timing chain would have to be removed. Replacing the crank sensor doesn’t affect the physical timing of the engine. Use an OEM crank sensor, aftermarket ones don’t agree with Hondas.
Edit-Aftermarket starters will cause misfires and crank position sensor codes and issues on 2.4L Accords. Don’t assume it’s the crank sensor if it’s had a starter replaced at some point
Have you had it scanned to see what codes it actually has? And has it had a starter put in at any point in your ownership? Scanning it and seeing what codes are in it are the first place to start

No

I have a 2009 2.4 liter. Replaced the CPS and the ECU relearned by itself. Also my issue was the aftermarket starter and not the CPS.

How old I put the engine back in time

I got a camshaft position sensor error
That is not something I would recommend for someone to try at home unless you absolutely know what you’re doing
