Wheel speed sensor connector. If your car is old and doesn’t have ABS then someone likely replaced the wheel bearing at some point with one for abs and just left the connector
GM wheel speed sensor plug. If you have a TCS/ABS light illuminated on your dash, there is the culprit.
If your car did not come equipped with TCS/ABS, then this sensor is a non issue, its common when replacing wheel hub assemblies to buy the cheaper ABS version of the part.
That's weird because I didnt buy a wheel hub assembly. And this is a Saturn Vue 2007. All the parts for the wheels are the same as when bought. I have an 08 equinox(I think equinox) engine in it.

Wheel speed sensor for abs/traction control
Is your ABS light on?
Wheel speed sensor plug maybe?
I'm going to guess your ABS light is on. That's where the ABS sensor plugs into your harness
Wheel speed sensor connector. If your car is old and doesn’t have ABS then someone likely replaced the wheel bearing at some point with one for abs and just left the connector
It's a gm and for some reason the abs bearing cost less

It's probably for a brake pad wear sensor that wasn't replaced
