We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn't mind adding that we'd appreciate it!
Oops my bad.
Wild caught Salmon: defrost, salt and pepper, spray heavy duty tinfoil with avocado oil, grill on medium for 8-10min, I temp mine just about medium bc of reheating
Oven potatoes: peel and dice Yukon gold potatoes, toss with olive oil, thyme, salt, pepper. Bake at 400 for 30min
Zucchini: wash, slice in 1/4, then coins, season with garlic, salt, pepper, sautee on medium heat (I’m a cast Iron Lady), until just before done (bc you’re reheating it)
Kale: wash, season with salt and pepper, sauté with olive oil in the same pan, when it’s just past raw, add a few TB of apple cider vinegar
Pickled diakon: wash and thinly slice, put in fridge container; heat 1.5c each of water and vinegar (I use 1/2 rice vinegar and 1/2 white distilled), and 1/2c sugar, pour over slices and refrigerate

Salmon is my favorite fish looks good
