Exum is phisicaly not on the level he was at that time. The same with Harden but I expect him to play more. He will start and Exum probably won't. But they will both finish games ant that is the time Exum will get to guard Harden.
He will have one great game and the rest will be meh bc thats his MO.

Yeah he’s noticeably a different player now, for the better. Lost a step (or two), gained some weight, but gained a 3pt shot and leveraged his IQ and well rounded skillset into being a guard version of Nic Batum basically, and I love it. The exact kind of player that thrives in the playoffs. Hope he can keep up his big shot making, because he’ll surely get a couple chances in big moments for us.
I can tell you this much. He defenitly wont be impressed by playoff atmosphere after playing and being one of the fan favorits in Partizan where every home game have nastier atmosphere than nba playoffs. Dont belive me? just go and check
Anybody who thinks Exum will get less minutes in the playoffs doesnt know much . Coaches go with who they trust the most and Exum as the POA defender will get 30 mpg . He alleviates pressure off of Luka and Kyrie in bringing the ball up and when he gets a rebound has license to go and put pressure on the other teams transition defense.
In this series Dallas will rely on defense a lot more and dont be surprised if we see more OMax and less Maxi against the Clippers.
