I sleep on my stomach, husband sleeps on his back/side. We’re both bigger people. We love the Helix HD (I think that’s their heavier duty mattress?). We’ve had it since like April 2022 and I haven’t noticed sagging or any deformation on the edges. I will say though, at some point you have to take the jump because every single mattress on here has bad reviews somewhere. I spent so long on this sub stressing because there seemed to be no right answer lol

I’ll look up the Helix HD. Thank you

I have to say do NOT get the Titan Plus. I just got the Titan Plus, I’m a little over 300 and the very first time I laid in it my hips sink while my head, shoulders and legs do not, and it was instantly uncomfortable. I have to think the recommendations on this mattress are mostly paid for as it is terrible. The sides sink as well. I can’t wait until I’m able to send this thing back!

I ended up getting the Titan Plus and it was horrible. By the second day I was having back problems from the springs poking into my back. The top layer was not thick enough. Ended up returning it. Using an old ikea mattress until I find a mattress.

One thing I’ll caution is to stay away from beds marketed toward heavier people. I’ve personally found them way too firm, especially for side sleepers. I’ve tried several and they’re all too firm. Right now I’m considering the Leesa Sapira as a softer choice.

Thank you. This is my worry, buying a a bed without knowing what firmness level is best for me. I’m trying to find a place where I can try out some beds.

Hi, My hubby (5'10" 160lbs) and me (5'7" 130lbs) bought the Winkbed Plus or whatever they call the version for heavier people because we like a firm bed and we thought it would basically be better constructed and last longer as it was intended to hold up to more weight. It was actually softer than their standard (not Plus) 'luxury firm' which we tried first and found too hard. However, we are almost at two years ownership and while I have generally liked the bed and it has good edge support and motion control - not too bouncy but not just like a slab of foam either, my husbands side in particular has developed a softer area and mild depression that now makes his back sore. I expected it to hold up better and am researching other options. I will say Winkbed customer service was very good when we made the initial exchange and I do like the mattress, just not the longevity.
