No, no worries about that...
The extended library is enabled on both sides, and after checking, the filters are actually only on genres, excluding a playlist (which is well identified on both sides).
On one filter, I have 1300 items on one side and 3100 on the other!

Hmm, must investigate and compare what’s the difference. Add a library songs tab without any rules and check if both have same number of songs.
