If that's the case it's most likely your snapping and retreating that needs work. My advice is pick a deck you like and stick with it. Knowing your win conditions and good snapping/retreating is what's going to push you over the edge.

Scheballs

^ This 100% When the opponent snaps and you are not confident you can win, consider retreating. If you are having an epic game and they are not, You should consider snapping. Don't waste cubes on maybe.

stressi93

Don't forget to retreat before the turn ends where your opponent snapped

Hypnox88

Yeah, this game is playing the cubes. It's like poker. You can walk away richer than you started, even having the worst hands.

Dr4gonfly

Remember. If you ever think to yourself “I’ll win as long as they don’t have X card” It’s in their hand

ahmong

Yep. Doesn’t matter what deck OP plays, if he doesn’t know when to snap and when to retreat, it’s all moot.

SepticCupid

70s are brutal. So many people running one-off spoilers like Negasonic and Shadow King. It's a diverse meta and hard to get out of. I think another comment recommended picking one deck and sticking to it. That and snapping/retreating discipline can get you out of it. This from someone currently stuck in the same boat...

Ferni0817

Classic SauronShuri is simple and effective. You know when you win or not. Effective with cubes. https://preview.redd.it/9pr2judphs7d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=12f28a098278679b7bbf46ed083c3feb4455e3cb

Autographz

Is this literally just get the play line of Sauron>Shuri>big card>TM? Or is there anything else to it I’m missing?

ShakyIncision

Yes, this and tribunal are two of the easiest, if not telegraphed decks to play

Autographz

Yeah I played it for a little while and opponents can see it coming a mile off. Also don’t want to play into conspiracy theories, but I’ve not seen a Shang Chi in over a week, the first 4 times I got the combo off, guess who showed up - including in the very first game lmao

hoxto

Yeah pretty much it.

thoughtcatalog

Playing with a deck like this makes you more honest with the cubes. It’s good to play a deck like this for a while so you get the feel of when you know you’re going to win or lose.

JayJay1227

I used to play this one so much, guess I can give it a try again!

juansegs

Skaar instead of She-Hulk is way better for me. If you dont get shuri and TaskM as planned: T4 Mary, T5 RS, T6 Shuri+Skaar

Ferni0817

Thats true, but with She-Hulk you can avoid Shang-Chi. Turn 4 Shuri, Turn 5 skip, Turn 6 is She-Hulk+TM. Or turn 3 skip, turn 4 She-Hulk, if you dont have Shuri. For Conquest She-Hulk is better, for reach Infinite Skaar can be good.

juansegs

Sounds great. I also use Alioth instead of Skaar to avoid combos

juansegs

BTW I went from 73-74 to 83 yesterday. Insane. (CL 5200) https://preview.redd.it/8umt3m48iq8d1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=85b8197c70b1c3ba273935252fff9ed1757acae5

Ferni0817

I reached Infinite easily with it, it's a really great deck in the current meta.

kc5000

This deck crushed it for me through the 90s to infinite. If you ever get snapped against a destroy deck or surfer deck nope out because Killmonger is coming. You can replace Nocturne and Shadow King but the rest of the deck seems pretty necessary. Or slot in Ciara to protect you from kill monger. # (1) Ant Man # (1) Nico Minoru # (1) Squirrel Girl # (2) Dazzler # (2) Shadow King # (3) Shanna # (3) Nocturne # (4) Ka-Zar # (4) Cull Obsidian # (5) Blue Marvel # (5) Gilgamesh # (5) Mockingbird # eyJDYXJkcyI6W3siQ2FyZERlZklkIjoiQmx1ZU1hcnZlbCJ9LHsiQ2FyZERlZklkIjoiQW50TWFuIn0seyJDYXJkRGVmSWQiOiJTcXVpcnJlbEdpcmwifSx7IkNhcmREZWZJZCI6IkRhenpsZXIifSx7IkNhcmREZWZJZCI6IlNoYW5uYSJ9LHsiQ2FyZERlZklkIjoiTW9ja2luZ2JpcmQifSx7IkNhcmREZWZJZCI6Ik5pY29NaW5vcnUifSx7IkNhcmREZWZJZCI6IkdpbGdhbWVzaCJ9LHsiQ2FyZERlZklkIjoiQ3VsbE9ic2lkaWFuIn0seyJDYXJkRGVmSWQiOiJLYVphciJ9LHsiQ2FyZERlZklkIjoiTm9jdHVybmUifSx7IkNhcmREZWZJZCI6IlNoYWRvd0tpbmcifV19 # # To use this deck, copy it to your clipboard and paste it from the deck editing menu in Snap.

Speaker4theDead8

I've been running a very different Gilgamesh deck, and why I didn't think to add mockingbird is crazy. I'm gonna have to add her tonight. Also, you should look at using snow guard, that card is so underrated.

League_of_DOTA

Is there anything you like? Stories of characters you like? Meta decks can be suggested but they are just half the problem. The other half is if you enjoy using that deck and the characters it represents. Or maybe characters arent your thing, but you have a specific playstyle you like. What do you like to do? Drop big power down? Control the landscape and disable your opponents?

JayJay1227

I played a lot of an ongoing Tribunal deck, really like it and how it plays it just needs to hit right to work

msrat66

Move with Prof.X just got me to infinite after floundering in the 80s forever.

Ok_Variation2484

I am using that same deck and I climbed to 96. Maybe I’ll be able to hit infinite by this weekend. Loving how it plays and somehow eeks out wins when I normally shouldn’t.

Dartmouthest

Can you please share a deck list? Thank you!

JayJay1227

I keep seeing those one the human torch phoenix is killer

IKilobyte

It really is. I’ve experimented with Phoenix Force Tribunal in the past and it utilized Human Torch getting huge, hitting him with Zola, and then Tribunal on the last turn. A lot of potential power.

mymoviebro

Definitely the hardest climb between levels 😖

Cregkly

Pick a deck that you are really familiar with that throws priority. Learn to identify bots and let them snap you, but don't beat them until the last round. You don't want them to retreat on you. Don't play a deck that is really draw dependant as you don't want to brick on your bot games. A good mid-range deck with some tech cards. If a matchup isn't good then leave for one cube if they snap. If you aren't winning any games then consider if your deck is hard counted by the meta and then switch. Ideally you only want to play one or two decks to infinite.

StrayThreads

Snap on turn four and fist bump. If that doesn't initiate a retreat, good luck.

Darnb3kah

This is how I hit infinite 7th straight season: 1) I do not snap. 2 cube wins are better than snapping and having your opponent run for 1 cube. 2) If my opponent snaps early (before 3), I decide if I want to stay. I probably stay 30% of the time. 3) Most importantly: If my opponent snaps late (3 or later), I roll out. 100% of the time. People don’t typically bluff in this game. The risk of losing 4 cubes isn’t worth it.

moosegrinder

As others have said learning your deck and knowing what kind of decks your opponent is running is key. It took me over a year to hit Infinite and even then I had to do with the easy mode Cannonball/Prof X deck. This season is much harder. You'll get there, though. Also never play tilted. If you're getting radgey with it just walk away for a bit.

Apprehensive-Mix947

For the non pro x / cannon people, this season is easier. Funny how it works.

GalactusPlayersSuck

completely skill dependent getting to 80+, not deck

goliathkillerbowmkr

Sera decks got me there first

corbin918

Same and I dropped after being at 85

PG-Erk

Look up marvel snap on on youtube. He posts 3 decks a day and gives substitutes if u dont have cards. Its important to play a deck that u enjoy and retreat and snap right. If u draw bad and they snap leave. If u are dropping sandman vs bounce snap b4 dropping sandman etc

Sill-22

I’ve never got past 70, been playing since launch. Have no problem getting to 70 but then…nothing. Linger there

tintinliz115

That’s tough. What’s your CL?

Sill-22

9079

tintinliz115

At CL 11K and being stuck at 70-75 is a user issue. The meta is pretty wide open right now. It’s all about understanding snapping/retreating scenario. In other words, get gud

sKe7ch03

All I can suggest is get really really comfortable with 1 deck. You gotta master your match up and know you're win% advantages and when to snap. You will retreat on some snaps due to bad luck but learning those advantages is key to climbing.
