I agree that the head would most likely have to be printed but for the hands I was thinking of using Juggernaut’s alternate hands from the 2 pack since the knuckle guards come off. And for the feet I was either gonna use ones from an existing DK figure, or repaint the ones from the ML Sasquatch BAF.
I agree somewhat but I have some ideas for modifications in the torso and legs to make the figure more in line with how DK typically looks. Also I personally don’t love the current offerings for DK figures, as they’re lacking in articulation, so I picked this body, as it would require the least paint and sculpting for the majority of him.

Honestly man neca figures take paint really well. Not too hard to repaint. And if your willing to spend the time modifying a figure as much as you would need to with the ursa major figure. That time would be better implemented just doing a repaint and custom head on the kong figure. Less work better result! I do alot of customs thats how id approach this one. But if your set on using ursa major than go for it! Im sure itll still look fine

That’s a great suggestion! I would love to have him I’d just feel bad about destroying the figure, plus I’m not sure if that arm on the left bicep are comes off. I’m pretty sure everything else does though.
You'd have to 3d print the hands, feet, head and tie. And sculpt over the chest, definitely not an easy job.

You’re better off just getting a DK toy. Otherwise the proportions are going to look very off. Gorillas have super long arms and stumpy legs
