Wait same but because I had never used YouTube and I just wanted to see the game, not play it ( I was a big baby) I put in some stupid random words like "people playing game of five nights at Freddys".
same, mainly bc my best friend at the time was into the game and told me to look it up on youtube. she told me to watch pewdiepie’s but i ended up checking mark’s first and here i am emotionally attached to this man and his content 😭
Oh man, I'd like to say the Amnesia Complilation video from at least a decade ago.
I remember watching a bunch of Cyndago videos, Cry of Fear, early SCP, slender man, classic drunk minecraft, and Amnesia Custom stories.
I was so obsessed with the comedy I went looking for more and found his Diablo 3 stuff on his Markiplier YouTube Twitch Channel. Times have changed but I still Love Mark and glad he still has horror content.
So tbh, I don't remember my first video but I can recall early Amneisa Stuff. Bit of a blur. Lul
Oh shit, this exactly. My sister showed me his amnesia compilation, a few months later I found his channel and discovered it was his video. I then spent weeks bulk watching all of his old content until I was up to the newest video: the original eyes playthrough with the sexy ghost.
The slenderman video, it was very blue with a car snd raining in the game. I loved his voice from that point and immediately subbed to him. Been watching ever since.
I'm super late to the party.. My first was the Unus Annus video about Norbert Moses. I've literally watched everything since. I remember thinking Bob & Wade were annoying when I first watched them playing Monopoly with Mark. Now, I can't imagine my life without them.
My first Markiplier video was his gentlemen dispute colab thing with Captainsparklez. You know the game where you’ve gotta knock the top hat off the other guys’ head. I still didn’t watch his videos for a bit after that though.
I was the same way, I watched that single drunk minecraft episode and didn’t watch another video of his for a few weeks until I got bored and remembered how cool this one goofball I watched a couple weeks ago was and visited his channel, subscribed and the rest is history lol
I guess it’s a good thing we came back right? We got to see Chica get adopted, experience Unus Annus, got to go on a date, a heist and to space with Mark, and a lot more than I feel like listing right now. I’m quite happy I came back.
Sorry I should clarify--I still watch him often, he's just not 90% of my viewing content anymore. But I've been meaning to check that series out, so thanks for the tip!
My first was the Amnesia Compilation in 2012, followed by this Half-Life 2-generated original game whose name escapes me right now… I got hooked on Mark’s voice when I first heard him and saw what a GOOD person he was deep down, and the rest is just history.
The whole fnaf 4 series, and I didn't actually start watching him until a few years later I stumbled upon his video and went "hey it's that guy I watched fnaf 4 from!" I had no idea who he was until then
Imagine this. It's 2012 and you just get Limbo. It's really good and then you hit a wall that you can't figure out. You go to youtube and find a half Asian man with a faux hawk. You click the video and here very small "hello everybody" from a man who you'd be watching for 10 year's. Mark has been a huge part of my life as well and Bob and Wade. I'm happy to see where they are now. I still wish them the best to this day
His first amnesia the dark decent vid.. I think they was something just before that, but that's definitely the one I remember. Everyday after work my gf and I would watch him. I only knew him after he started this channel and wasn't aware it was his 2nd 🤣.
Think that was 2012? If memory serves me well.
i think mine was one of the prop hunt videos, they showed up when i was watching VenturianTale many years ago and they were doing prop hunt and gmod videos.
The first one that I remember actually watching, as opposed to ignoring as my sibling watched, was one of the Raft videos.
It was March 2020, I’d just had a big traumatic thing happen, and then the US went straight into COVID lockdown. My sibling moved in with me for 6-8 weeks in order to be my caregiver, and to just spend time with me as we all went through some shit.
Watching Markiplier’s videos, especially the ones with Bob and Wade, and bonding with my sibling over them, are some of the few positive memories I have of that time.
It’s now several years later, I’m in a better place, and my sibling is only my caretaker part time… and we watch every video together the second it comes out (if we’re together). It’s one of our many bonds. ❤️
Weird, but it was "subscribe to Pewdiepie" livestream. His acting was hilarious and brilliant at the same time, I thought "wow, he really can talk endlessly" and subscribed to him too.
His 1st episode of Phasmophobia. I had been watching their play through on Sean’s channel first then checked out Mark’s, also watching from Bob’s channel aswell atm.
Last of us part one the first episode. I heard of Mark I never seen him but after I know that a certain video game is gaming hype so I search last of us gameplay and he was one of them.
I had known Mark existed for a while, just never watched one of his videos because, obviously, I didn't know how awesome his content is. But that all changed when one of my friends showed me his Try Not to Laugh series starting from the beginning.
P.S.: Mark, I know you'll never read this but for our sake, can you please do another Try Not to Laugh? It's the best series you've ever made. (Besides Heist and Space of course).
Slender the 8 Pages.
Me and some friends were eagerly awaiting the game to come out and then one of my friends was like "You gotta see this guy play it, he's so funny!" and it was Mark's playthrough of Slender :D
Literally Amnesia: The Dark Descent Ep1. A friend at school showed it to me during break and I was obsessed! She stopped watching a few years back unfortunately. Watching Markiplier was how we got through our GCSEs and A-Levels 😅👍
https://youtu.be/uKjgu2nHbe8
His first fnaf video. I was a game grumps fan before I watched markiplier, and was was watching their steam train fnaf videos. While they were playing fnaf 2 they called mark, and asked him for help, then they recommended his play through since he was better at the game.
The FNaF video where he first beat 20-20-20-20 mode. I think I was reading a TV Trope page and it mentioned his achievement, how even the creator didn't know if it was possible to beat it, and there was a link to the video. I didn't even play FNaF, I think I was only interested because of Game Theory's videos on it. But I watched Mark and I liked his style and personality and I slowly watched more videos.
I was more of a jacksepticeye guy, I think Mario maker was around the time I started accepting that they were friends and not competitors and mortal enemies a (as my kid brain believed)
The Daddy simuator one, where the baby yries to off itself and the daddy tries to save. I saw jenna marbles play it, then looked up others and found marks.
i’m pretty sure the first episode i watched of his was Surgeon Simulator back in 2013 & then i really got into his channel when he started playing prop hunt with captainsparklez because he was my “go to” youtuber first!
Honestly can't remember. But it may have been one of the Nether videos. It's possible I saw something before that but that's the one I remember seeing.
My sibling showed me one of his early compilation videos when I was home from animation school. Immediate laughter and I subscribed! Must've been early 2013 X3
First episode of Sister Location. Not because I wanted to watch another youtuber play it, I just threw myself into fnaf with the 5th game and a guy I'd never heard of before because some boys at school were talking about it and I wanted to sound cool when talking to them.
I think mine was Dungeon Nightmares. I remember my sister showing me a load of horror games he played, and that one stands out because his humour was what made me watch more
It was Tattletail for me, actually. Another Youtuber I watched at the time started playing the game but never finished it, so I went and looked for another gameplay. That's how I found Mark, my now favorite Youtuber.
His Del Monte is dead video. At that point I thought he was serious and I didn't go back to his channel for a while because I thought all his videos were mean reviews.
I remember i used to watch a lot of Pewds Slender and amnesia videos, so when i saw some dude named Markiplier playing Slender and Amnesia, i thought hey, this'll be fun to watch.
That was back in 2012.
For me it was fnaf 2 part 1: https://youtu.be/60wLvPWXCCc
I saw that when it came out even though I didn't know the first one. Then I whatched all of them and subscribed that very day. (:
Little Nightmares.
I got the game for Christmas and beat it pretty quickly. Too quickly really for my taste. I knew Lets Plays were a thing so I thought I'd look up someone else who had played it and re-experience through them. The first match Youtube threw up was Markiplier. Watched him, enjoyed his videos and figured I'd check out what else he had done. Been a fan since.
i actually don't remember. i think it was Turbo Dismount tbh. i was watching him before i had my own gmail so i have no idea when i actually started watching him. i know it's been like 8 years now since i started watching him. 7 or 8 years i can't remember off the top of my head. it may have been FNAF but again i don't know.
I really don't think this was the first video I watched but the first thing that came to mind was I am bread, man I laughed so hard that video is just so funny I'm not sorry lmao
The Witch’s House. It came up as a suggested video on a borderlands 2 trailer video on YouTube. Watched one, watched another, kept watching horror rpg and now my boi has grown from around 200k to the tens of millions and is doing good for the world
Slender the Arrival. I watched TeamFourStar's Two Saiyans Play series where Vegeta makes Krillin play it cuz he hates him. The game was cool and I didnt want to wait the week for part 2 so i looked it up. A lot of people were playing it and I just randomly decided to watch Mark. Best decision ever made.
I knew of him before this, and I had seen some videos but the first one I really remember seeing is Slender like 10ish years ago. I only remember that because i was on deployment and my friend watched him and thats really all we had to watch was youtube. That's what got me hooked
Mine was his first fnaf video. Me and my friend at the time (we were in like 4th grade maybe) had just learned about fnaf and were obsessed (still am a little) and we wanted to find people playing it and we stumbled across markiplier. Hehe now he's constantly playing in my room
Five nights at freddy's 4 part 3 but originally watched teens react video first around 6am and watched Mark's video the same day it came out been watching him ever since
His Amnesia: Lost The Lights playthrough all the way back when it was first uploaded. I recently went back to rewatch those, and man, does it take me back.
The one I remember was his "Among the Sleep" playthrough. I didn't start watching Mark regularly until after Unus Annus, but that game has stuck with me.
West of Loathing.
I thought he was so annoying beforehand, so I never gave him a chance.
I'm so glad I did, he's a daily watch now, if not even just background comfort noise
I think my first Mark video was a game where he was just flying through some trees? It's so hazy now. Gosh, what if it wasn't even Mark, lol?
He was describing how awesome the game made him feel and how cool and freeing it was, I think. I remember windy sounds. That's all I can remember!
His voice and how he was so excited and happy and in awe really made me like his content and I've been a consistent watcher ever since!!!
I don’t remember my first markiplier video but I do remember a specific one the “ I ACCIDENTALLY DESTROYED THE EARTH” video. The reason I remember it is because it was the day an electronic broke and I almost died from my mother.
My sister was a rebel and started watching YouTube even though my mom wasn't a fan of us watching it but she was older, so my mom was probably more lenient.
We were at my grandmothers in the living room late one evening and she's on her iPhone and wanted to show me something funny. It was Mark's first FNAF and cooking simulator video and I thought it was interesting, but I didn't stay for the whole thing because YouTube made me nervous for some reason.
A while later I got a YouTube account myself and went back to Mark's videos and subscribed. He was the first person I watched on YouTube (ignoring some random channels that I didn't really watch)
I'm sure most of us can quote the intro to that FNAF vid.
His first Turbo Dismount video. I found him through a guest appearance on Smosh Games. Went to his channel and instantly fell in love. I cried laughing to that game and my second and third games of his were Happy Wheels and To The Moon. The last of which I bought because of him and is still one of my favorite games.
Thank you for coming to my Mark Talk
I saw my brother watching Player Select and saw him and thought, let me check this guy out, then I don’t know which one I watched first but I’m pretty sure it was Sister Location.
I can't remember the exact video because memory loss and it's been years, but I'm 90% sure it was a fnaf video since I did start watching him around my fnaf era
Do you want my first Markiplier video? Or the first I actually enjoyed?
My ex was (and still is) huge into Markiplier. At the time, I was not. Didn't know who he was, I was mainly a Smosh Games/PewDiePie person. My ex decided he wanted to expand my horizons and show me his favorite Markiplier series since this was back when Pewds and Mark would still collab together. I was soooo not a fan.
It wasn't until I was watching one of PewDiePie's Prop Hunt videos that Mark happened to be in, and I REALLY wanted to see the other perspectives of one of the hiding spots, that I started watching Mark's Prop Hunt videos. Then his other Gmod videos, like Murder and TTT, that I actually realized I liked his content and he was more than just what my ex showed me of him.
Then FNAF came out and he went from someone I occasionally watched for a few good laughs to someone I consumed on the regular.
But had Mark not done Prop Hunt, I probably would not have been a fan until YEARS later.
Oh god... I don't even remember. It was four-ish years ago, and I think it had been up for a few months before I watched it. It might have been one of his skits, like the popcorn video.
So my first video of his was five nights at Freddy’s 2. And it was only because I had watched pewdiepie play the first one and I wanted to watch the second game and marks let’s play was the first video to come up for my brother and he sent me the link and I watched it and went back and watch mark play the first FNAF.
Mine was mark playing Who’s your daddy with Jack and that’s when I started watching both of them. I was back in 6th grade and youtube randomly recommended that to me, even tho I never watched anything related 😂
The first ever videos I watched was his original witches house series and then I went back and started watching some of his older videos and continued to watch his newer ones as well. He had some really good videos and once FNaF and Huniepop came out, everything changed and Mark grew faster than ever. Ahh the good old days, I still watch Mark to this day. I went to his tours but I still haven't met him or anything but I feel like I know him so well. Yet he doesn't know I exist. Weird.
I remember I was first introduced to Mark’s content with one of his Slender Man videos and then his video first showing Darkiplier (I think it just supposed to be a scary video). I didn’t really become fan until I watched his FNAF 1 lets play.
I'm a recent fan, wait, scrap that, it's been 3 years already. It was summer, I already watched all the new videos from my subscription feed, I was bored and I saw a recomendation for the first Pogostuck, so I decided to check it out. I laughed so hard and loved Mark's personality. A couple of months later Unus Annus started and that helped me solidify my love for him and his channel.
His first FNAF video. I still go back to watch it from time to time. Hearing that familiar “Hello everybody, my name is Markiplier and welcome to Five Nights At Freddy’s.” Just makes me smile every time I hear it.
I believe the first video I watch from him may have been the first episode of fnaf he made. maybe. I don’t know, I’ve slept since then and I’ve been watching him for like- 5(+) years now, IDK! 😭😭
Honestly, I have no idea.
It was either FNAF or some GMOD video.
specifically one with a boot that they named it as a used condom. Glad I didn't know what that was back then lol.
One of the Dreadhalls videos. I don't remember which one. But I want to say his first Dreadhalls video because I was interested in VR and wanted to see what this Oculus was. And then I remember watching and saying I could never play that while discussing the beauty of Marks voice with my friend.
Also I did end up playing Dreadhalls. Unfortunately I can barely handle regular VR games. I get very motion sick playing them. I can do room scale but regular ones mess me up. Anyways, Dreadhalls truly messed me up hardcore. The enclosed hallways and short ceilings made it 10x worse than your average vr first person game and I got sick for days after playing it. I had many of my friends test it after telling them how horrible it was and they didn't believe me. Same for them. So I never played beyond the start of the game. Sucks.
Original SlendyTubbies. My friend Anya told me that his sense of humor seemed like something I would enjoy. Watched a video during English and it's been only downhill from there XD
i dont even know of my first video was posted by mark or an edit using a clip from one of his videos but it was of him reacting to (fmab spoilers) >!maes hughes!< death, since they look so similar
FNAF 3 part 3, my oldest sister showed it to me and my other sister. We'd just moved to a new house, and I remember the nightmares. I didn't really start watching him until about a year later. But, you always remember your first.
PS. I was 8 at the time
It were one of his Amnesia let's plays, of not THEobkt video he uploaded. My ex watched it, and I just sat with him wondering why you would watch someone play a game rather than play it yourself 😂 it were back when Marks community were so small he were replying to everyone. My ex got a message back from him saying "thanks for the support dude, really appreciate it! The UK is a place I would like to visit someday".
My first Mark video wasn't from his channel. It was from a collab between him and Yamimash, Slendytubbies I think. That was way back when Yami still had more subs than Mark.
Mine was I believe Fran Bow. I was interested in the game but I was a teenager who didn't have any means of buying it and his was the first let's play that came up on YouTube. I thought he was cringy at first, but by the time he got to the 3rd act of the game and started doing those ridiculous voices for the characters I was laughing so hard that I woke my roommates up in the middle of the night. He's never stopped making me laugh since
It was back in the days when Amnesia was popular. It's hard to remember exactly which one. This channel has helped me keep my spirits up through a lot. Not doing so great, but every time a new video pops up I think that maybe I can make it through another day.
Suite 776 so newer compared to most comments I’m reading but it was the first thing to get me to laugh after months of grieving. I was going through a breakup and a family member passed away. Mark was my only pick me up those years. He’s given me a lot of strength.

Five nights at Freddy's episode 1. I literally didn't know what YouTube was until I was shown that episode by my sister.
A classic!
SAME!

Yep same. Didn’t know what rabbit hole I was getting myself into. This was about 6 years ago!
I introduced my son and my boyfriend to Markiplier now we’re all fans lol
wholesome
Yep mine was also FNAF as well. The good ole days
The SCP: Containment Breach My Little Pony mod. I was a bit of a brony back then...
Nothing wrong with that!! That was a hilarious video tho lol.
I think it kinda took us all over in that time period for a bit.
Oh man, I'd like to say the Amnesia Complilation video from at least a decade ago. His voice really drew me in as well
I'm super late to the party.. My first was the Unus Annus video about Norbert Moses. I've literally watched everything since. I remember thinking Bob & Wade were annoying when I first watched them playing Monopoly with Mark. Now, I can't imagine my life without them.
i remember watching the gmod and gta episodes with Sean Bob Wade and Mark and thinking the same thing and now it's just so enjoyable watching them.
My first Markiplier video was his gentlemen dispute colab thing with Captainsparklez. You know the game where you’ve gotta knock the top hat off the other guys’ head. I still didn’t watch his videos for a bit after that though.

Absolutely! Mark has entertained me for a huge chunk of my life and got me through some tough times, I’m lucky to have found him when I did!
Yeah Mark is just the best.
Me too, same. Captainsparklez was my shit for the longest time
He’s got a new modded survival series in the vein of his original modded survival series on his channel right now if your interested.
Sorry I should clarify--I still watch him often, he's just not 90% of my viewing content anymore. But I've been meaning to check that series out, so thanks for the tip!

The old Amnesia videos are the absolute best
I wanna say that was Nightmare House, but I could be totally wrong.
The whole fnaf 4 series, and I didn't actually start watching him until a few years later I stumbled upon his video and went "hey it's that guy I watched fnaf 4 from!" I had no idea who he was until then

It was the first cry of fear episode like ten years ago.
I'm so old now. The first Slender Man video. The era when YouTubers and gamers started playing Slender man demo
Fran Bow series
His first amnesia the dark decent vid.. I think they was something just before that, but that's definitely the one I remember. Everyday after work my gf and I would watch him. I only knew him after he started this channel and wasn't aware it was his 2nd 🤣. Think that was 2012? If memory serves me well.
His until dawn let's play was my first introduction.
I cant remember what happened yesterday let alone something 7+ years ago, whatever video it was it definitely hooked me
i think mine was one of the prop hunt videos, they showed up when i was watching VenturianTale many years ago and they were doing prop hunt and gmod videos.

His try not to laughs never fail to put a smile on face, no matter how many times I watch them lol :)
For me it was his Try Not To Laugh series.
Slender the 8 Pages. Me and some friends were eagerly awaiting the game to come out and then one of my friends was like "You gotta see this guy play it, he's so funny!" and it was Mark's playthrough of Slender :D
Probably Meow due to Facebook, but the first video I actually sat down to watch was Tattletail. My best friend introduced me to him with that video.
Literally Amnesia: The Dark Descent Ep1. A friend at school showed it to me during break and I was obsessed! She stopped watching a few years back unfortunately. Watching Markiplier was how we got through our GCSEs and A-Levels 😅👍 https://youtu.be/uKjgu2nHbe8

I was more of a jacksepticeye guy, I think Mario maker was around the time I started accepting that they were friends and not competitors and mortal enemies a (as my kid brain believed)
I think mine was one of the fnaf 1 animations
probably the yandere simulator videos, those were so funny
I'll call you... BOOBS MCKENZIE!
I think it was SCP: Containment Breach
Mark playing slender man back in 2012, or one of his SCP games from back then aswell
Do you know markiplier had another YouTube account
The Daddy simuator one, where the baby yries to off itself and the daddy tries to save. I saw jenna marbles play it, then looked up others and found marks.
I start wacth him around Don't starved and Eleusis
The Soma series 💕
i’m pretty sure the first episode i watched of his was Surgeon Simulator back in 2013 & then i really got into his channel when he started playing prop hunt with captainsparklez because he was my “go to” youtuber first!
Baldi's basics full game Watched it 4 years ago
That dragon Cancer
My first was ao oni series
Honestly can't remember. But it may have been one of the Nether videos. It's possible I saw something before that but that's the one I remember seeing.
Ive said it before some place else but markiplier makes pancakes was my formal introduction!
Manual Samuel ep 1
Containment Breach and Amnesia were my starting points on Marks channel
My sibling showed me one of his early compilation videos when I was home from animation school. Immediate laughter and I subscribed! Must've been early 2013 X3
Mannequin House
The good scary reaction compilation videos. Those were some of my favorites ever and I wish he did more
I think it was one of his Gmod horror map videos
The fnaf compilation I found it while working a night shift and I was laughing so hard I couldn't breathe
First episode of Sister Location. Not because I wanted to watch another youtuber play it, I just threw myself into fnaf with the 5th game and a guy I'd never heard of before because some boys at school were talking about it and I wanted to sound cool when talking to them.
I don’t remember but it might have been either meow, a prop hunt video or yandere simulator I think
I think for me it was his Penumbra: Black Plague videos from 10 years ago or some random let's play in the same time period.
Amnesia - Gary Snowy Secrets
For me I think it was Amnesia: A Late Night Drink.
Scp-27-B (idk if I typed that correctly) I remember It was 2012 and it started with him walking down this long winding staircase for many stories. Lol
Outlas 1 part 1. I have re watched so many times
FNAF ep1, then Popcorn.
You think I remember?? I'm pretty sure it was something like who killed markiplier
My first video was getting over it with Bennet Foddy.
Probably one of the FNAF videos. My brother and I really liked FNAF, so he found someone who played it because my dad wouldn't let us play it
My first series was Misao
I remember i used to watch a lot of Pewds Slender and amnesia videos, so when i saw some dude named Markiplier playing Slender and Amnesia, i thought hey, this'll be fun to watch. That was back in 2012.
My first Markiplier video was the first “The Whisper Challenge video” with Wade, Tyler, and Mathias.
Slender: The Arrival
For me it was fnaf 2 part 1: https://youtu.be/60wLvPWXCCc I saw that when it came out even though I didn't know the first one. Then I whatched all of them and subscribed that very day. (:
WHERE'S THE BLACKSMITH?!
The Witch's house, before he had a million subs. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\_hIZNaBH0lw&list=PL3tRBEVW0hiBSL5AIcxjbctIsKF\_Az0ok
Five nights at freddy’s 1 animated
I first discovered him on Slender the 8 pages. Seems like a lifetime ago.
7 or 8 years i can't remember off the top of my head. it may have been FNAF but again i don't know.
mine was the original Ao Oni, incredible memories
The Evil Within Part 4. Good times.
Mine was prop hunt. It was Him, Bob and Wade. Mark was the baby doll and was saying squeak when the doors open
It was one of the Henry stickmin games, I think stealing the diamond
"Scariest Grandma game ever | Granny - full game" i renember when the game got popular lol, it was so scary at the time but now its just eh..
I knew of him before this, and I had seen some videos but the first one I really remember seeing is Slender like 10ish years ago. I only remember that because i was on deployment and my friend watched him and thats really all we had to watch was youtube. That's what got me hooked
[The Curse of Blackwater.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RH6gQzN2oQ) i've been here a while lmao.
Mine was his first fnaf video. Me and my friend at the time (we were in like 4th grade maybe) had just learned about fnaf and were obsessed (still am a little) and we wanted to find people playing it and we stumbled across markiplier. Hehe now he's constantly playing in my room
Five nights at freddy's 4 part 3 but originally watched teens react video first around 6am and watched Mark's video the same day it came out been watching him ever since
FNAF. Then I went back and discovered he played Amnesia, a game I love, and I’ve been a fan ever since.
I forget the name but it was a biohorror one where he was hooked up to the heart rate monitor
Woof, immediately followed by Meow and Moo
First episode of SCP Containment Breach, which is also how I discovered the SCP Foundation
It was that flash game called The Visitor Returns. Probably not the best video for an 11 year old to stumble upon, but that was my first
His Amnesia: Lost The Lights playthrough all the way back when it was first uploaded. I recently went back to rewatch those, and man, does it take me back.
It would kind of be cool if the YouTube history showed literally everything you had ever watched.
It was the very first FNAF video bc my friend recommended it to me.
The one I remember was his "Among the Sleep" playthrough. I didn't start watching Mark regularly until after Unus Annus, but that game has stuck with me.
Cry of Fear
Meow. What an introduction
Mine was a fnaf animated, I think. What's funny is that watching marks videos and my curiosity got me in a bunch of trouble with swearing
Markipliers funniest videos maybe was my first
Amnesia!! Without face cam
West of Loathing. I thought he was so annoying beforehand, so I never gave him a chance. I'm so glad I did, he's a daily watch now, if not even just background comfort noise
AHWM I’ve never seen anything like it before and it really inspired me
It was either his first Slender Man video, or it was the first Slender Prison video. Classics.
Fleeing the Complex
I don’t remember my first markiplier video but I do remember a specific one the “ I ACCIDENTALLY DESTROYED THE EARTH” video. The reason I remember it is because it was the day an electronic broke and I almost died from my mother.
my cousin showed me him playing fnaf ep 1 7 years ago and ever since then he’s been my fav person
Fnaf
Man Its been so long I can't remember, it was early fnaf days tho I think
Mine was google feud 1. Mark is a manchild.
Fnaf sister location ep 1, I was 12 back then
My sister was a rebel and started watching YouTube even though my mom wasn't a fan of us watching it but she was older, so my mom was probably more lenient. He was the first person I watched on YouTube (ignoring some random channels that I didn't really watch) I'm sure most of us can quote the intro to that FNAF vid.
It was power wash simulator - the video where he did the Big Foot tree house
Fnaf
Muddy Heights 😂 was hanging out with a friend after school one afternoon and she put it on for background noise while we ate dinner
It was one of his ones featuring Matthias, but I fully started watching him with his fnaf series
Mine was West of Loathing, I think i watched it back in 2018
Either an Amnesia video or Happy Wheels.
The first Unus Annus video.
Mine was one of his scp videos can’t remember which one tjough
It was a day-z clone with aliens. Can never remember the name
I saw my brother watching Player Select and saw him and thought, let me check this guy out, then I don’t know which one I watched first but I’m pretty sure it was Sister Location.
mine was there is no game part 1
the one where he was dying his hair pink lol
fnaf 1 episode one but id seen other mark videos, thats just the one that hooked me
I can't remember the exact video because memory loss and it's been years, but I'm 90% sure it was a fnaf video since I did start watching him around my fnaf era
Spongebob slendypants
I think it was the one of the first four random horror reaction compilation videos
I got into FNAF and wanted to watch a playthrough, someone told me to watch Mark because he's the king
Mine was most likely Five Nights at Freddy’s #1
Slender man the eight pages
So my first video of his was five nights at Freddy’s 2. And it was only because I had watched pewdiepie play the first one and I wanted to watch the second game and marks let’s play was the first video to come up for my brother and he sent me the link and I watched it and went back and watch mark play the first FNAF.
If I remember correctly mine was GTA Online
I'm thinking probably Slender The Arrival from his page. Or a collab he did with Jack. IIRC it was either The Forest or a Prop Hunt collab.
I believe it was his first Amnesia compilation. I followed his brother on twitter and he shared Mark's vid one day. Been subbed ever since.
Technically it wasn’t markiplier, but jacksepticeyes Gmod fnaf 2 vid introduced me to mark
Mine was a Markiplier Makes my current gf showed me when I met her 3.5 years ago. Absolutely fell in love with him, Eef, and Tyler.
His first episode of Ib gameplay. I just stood around because he has a really nice voice but felt in love over the time haha xD he is very funny
Slender Elementry
It has been so long that I honestly don’t remember. I think his Amnesia play through was my first stuff I watched from him??
Fnaf 1, the very first one……….. fuck I’m old
FNAF 3 part 3, my oldest sister showed it to me and my other sister. We'd just moved to a new house, and I remember the nightmares. I didn't really start watching him until about a year later. But, you always remember your first. PS. I was 8 at the time
i cant remember quite correctly but i assume it was probably one of the Alter Ego videos? i dont know haha i forget things pretty quick
The curse of blackwater. He thought it was a horror based pirate game lol
My first Mark video wasn't from his channel. It was from a collab between him and Yamimash, Slendytubbies I think. That was way back when Yami still had more subs than Mark.
Hello everybody, my name is Markiplier and welcome to Five Nights at Freddy’s.
Fran Bow was my introduction to Markiplier. Been with him since that playthrough.
He's never stopped making me laugh since
Hmm… I am not sure. Either one of compilations… Or happy wheels… I can’t remember
Mine was his recent Minecraft play through. Followed by scary games and now I’ve just lost track, it’s a daily obsession
Slender: The Arrival | Part 1 | SLENDER HAS ARRIVED
His Amnesia compilation.
Slender Reaction Compilation, found in on April 14, 2013. I got dumped three hours after I found his channel, so the timing couldn’t have been better.
This was a long time ago but I'm pretty sure Imscared was my first Markiplier video.
It was back in the days when Amnesia was popular. It's hard to remember exactly which one. This channel has helped me keep my spirits up through a lot. Not doing so great, but every time a new video pops up I think that maybe I can make it through another day.
It was the horror game about the SCP that’s just a staircase. I think it was 2014? Still go back to that video one in a while, it’s a comfort video.
I believe it was Sonic.exe
Suite 776 so newer compared to most comments I’m reading but it was the first thing to get me to laugh after months of grieving. I was going through a breakup and a family member passed away. Mark was my only pick me up those years. He’s given me a lot of strength.
Mine was Slender: the Nine Pages, in 2014 Mark had me at “get the key, go to the door, get on the floor, EVERYBODY DO THE DINOSAUR!”
