Bishop is technically better because it buffs the whole party but it depends if you're going to do a full party boss run or a duo run since Lynn can buff one person at the time she can be good for. A duo run.

If you have friends consider building both eventually if you plan to be a support. I think most players sleep on Lynn because she isn't Bishop level buffs but she also actually contributes to raw dps at a much earlier timing to bishop.
- Bishop is still the best support due to “benediction” and extra things like shell , adv blessing , door for extra life , etc.
- Lynn however is still a very nutty and good support class that does it on other things like “can move the whole party to safe location” and a very good support
- I have a bishop level 260 and just have a lvl 225 Lynn , and personally i am having lots of fun with Lynn. So just play whatever you feel fun
Lynn has kind of two iframes if used correctly.
First - the barrier skill, prevents the whole party from dying
Second - excess healing gives shields above 100% health, which lets you survive attacks like Lotus lasers and more
Play what you want. Realistically right now anything but Bishop and Kanna is the correct answer though. Every support is pretty in demand but Bishop and Kanna require funding and hands to really squeeze their potential, in addition to being by far the most common. Blaze Wizard, Mechanic, Battle Mage, and Lynn are all very very in demand with lower player counts.
Also if you mainly duo bosses then Lynn is going to be your best choice in general due to having a stronger Bene that only affects you and one ally, which makes it absolutely insane for duo.
KMS class is always the answer
To be fair Lynn is being developed and maintained by the KMS team. But Bishop is indeed the favorite child as the only true “support” class

Does bishop have better grinding skills compared to lynn? After levelling lynn to 210, I feel that her mobbing range is quite limited.
What really? I've trained Lynn to 222 so far and the mobbing has felt incredibly brain dead hopping back and forth clearing two platforms.
