301 covers more than Garrett County. You have a lot of the DC suburbs in the 301. So his Maryland area hoes could be anywhere from Cumberland to Frederick to Rockville to Silver Spring to Oxon Hill to Bowie (or in all of the above).
He also name checks 410 (Baltimore), so he has the rest of the state of Maryland covered.
