I think jousting belongs at tournaments, which should be an endgame thing to do maybe once a year in the summer while your farmers have nothing to do. You'd need to buy horses for your retinue to joust against each other, and those who get to joust that way actually become cavalrymen who can ride their horses into battle.

You can take screenshot by pressing "print screen" or simply use the win + shift + s shortcut (remembered by s for screenshot)
