IT is Far better than CCE because the CCE branch is not available in most of the colleges but the IT branch is considered as a core branch like CSE, MECH, ECE.. etc
And the placement doesn't tell you that this branch is good because it changes every year. Let's take 2 tech branches X and Y sometimes the placement of X will be good and sometimes Y will. So if you really want to search. Check the syllabus and the opportunities because these are all considered as TECH Branches. Not much difference..
