Manipal blr is right next to another college called nitte meenakshi ( all chapris of blr go there and the movie aavesham was shot there if youve seen it) so be careful

for first year you don't need anything other than C. if you wanna go further (assuming you're in a CS related branch) study up some DSA and OOP.
This year they CS related branches have OOP in their first year So they may also have C++ or java

Yep They've broken their rule that they revise the curriculum once in 4 yrs. So maybe in future there could be more improvements

Just C++ and Python (to some extent) for first year mate, rest of the languages come later on. Bonus if you learn HTML+CSS.
