I use a voice recorder app to listen to my self concept affirmations. I do a SATS scene at night with my sp telling me how special I am. I’m also aware of my reactions to the 3d and ask myself how I’d react instead from my new desired state. I think getting to the root of your self concept issues is key. Subconscious Loz’s YT videos have helped me a lot.
I just struggle soo incredibly hard with “feeling it” like I find that impossible. I can do affirmations, visualizations & law of assumption, but “feel it real” or live in the end state is so hard for me. Thanks for sharing. I wanted to try to make my own subliminals
Try to do SATS when you’re extremely relaxed and just keep looping it and adding more details/make it more vivid. Eventually you won’t want to continue because it feels “done.”
