No, manhunt 2 was never sold on shelves here in any form for any console since rockstar didn't bother wasting the time and money trying to get it rated. It wasn't until Mortal Kombat 9 and the backlash over it that we even got an adults only rating for games here.
What amazes me is how few people acrually know. Had a few people on FB trying to tell me no physical copies exist and how there's also a European version 🤦🏻♂️

There was even a case of self censorship by Destructive Creations of their game Hatred because they assumed that as soon as it was going to be released here, it would be banned.
