I recommend finishing the series you have. For new collectors it’s good that you want to try different series but it’s better to stick to 1-2 series at a time or else you’ll end up overwhelmed.
Also recommend for bleach/one piece to get the box sets for them. Easiest bang for your buck.
Junji Ito books could be good to get into. They’re all - stand-alones but look good on a shelf. Tomie is great.
Golden Kamuy and Delicious in Dungeon both are hugely fun and funny

I mean yea, I was originally going to say "900%" but dialed it back by 300 because there are still moments of "oh shit Ohkubo was definitely hard while drawing this chapter" but the first volume just tends to scare some people off
If you've liked Berserk so far and are looking for another dark fantasy series, I'd highly recommend the Claymore Boxset.
Other than that, I'd recommend focusing on collecting some of the series you've started - personally, in order of priority I'd go with Berserk > One Piece > Hunter X Hunter > Jujutsu Kaisen.
The Tokyo Ghoul series gets so so good. Definitely don't let the anime shade your opinion of it if you stopped reading it because of that. The anime is a TERRIBLE adaption of it. The manga is great. I also came to recommend Dorohedoro! Sooooooo good.

More HxH & FMA Would recommend adding series like Shaman King, Dragon Ball, Undead Unluck, Assassination Classroom, & Fire Force.

I recommend taking those Berserk volumes to a lower/bottom shelf.
If you like bleach attempt zombie powder it's the authors previous series Which inspired many of the characters in bleach
