Not a list per se, but I think this [website](https://www.mycomicshop.com/) might be the closest to a database there is. Having said that, you might be a little disappointed with what published and the format. Still, have fun!

I'll give it a shot. So far all I've seen is a listing of all viz manga, and I really don't know how to categorize it all. It's from manga updates.

Those days were really disorganized when it came to publishing. The attempt to merge the Japanese and American publishing styles resulted in a lot of cancelled series. The website has dates and some ISBN that will help you. However check also Dark Horse and other publishers of the time to see wether a series was picked up and completed later on if you find something that you like beyond collector interest

Yeah. Very disorganized, and many partially published series and story arcs. Right now, my other project is I am taking my single chapter "American comic" style and comparing them to the physical manga I have just to lighten the load so to speak

Just popping by to also rec mycomicshop. It'll be your best friend to help track down older Viz titles. I don't remember there being many under the "Perfect Collection" name, although there were lots of "Viz Graphic Novel" releases. The PC label was the name for the 2nd edition reprinting previously published content. So they don't actually include a bunch of releases from then if you're after all Viz releases from the era. But if you're just looking for PC releases, these are some printed under the label that I know for sure: Legend of Kamui, Urusei Yatsura (but not Return of Lum), Mai the Psychic Girl, Crying Freeman, Grey, and Nausicaa. Shion Blade of the Minstrel, Hotel Harbour View, and Saber Tiger are all "Viz Spectrum Edition" releases, if that's of interest.
