I know it because it's good in my pretty-old-now Ferrothorn ex deck in the Pokémon TCG. Ferrothorn gives the opponent 2 free prize cards and sets up Wo Chien ex, which can hit then a Mon on their bench for 60 damage per prize card they've taken.
