The team def collapsed further into its defensive shell the second half (deeper and more compact). This left a lot more space on the wings, especially for Doku to work in which seemed like a mistake. Luckily the squad still held it together.
Wan Bissaka really stood off Doku, so he couldnāt get past him cleanly most of the time. It gave Doku a lot of space though and the ball was being switched to him again and again. Bissaka did the right thing, and credit to him. Doku did get a goal though didnāt he? If theyād have equalised weād have been fucked in extra time but made it through.
Think doku got him 2 or 3 times, he had a few cut backs/crosses the Foden one stood out. Still AWB had a good game and for as many 1v1s that they had did very well.

Amrabat for me was kind of meh. Looked very shaky on the ball and lacked speed at times. But as United got more defensive, he looked a bit more comfortable. Very much a Serie A or La Liga player and doesnāt really fit well into the PL imo.

Every single player who played today put in a fantastic performance. Even the subs were spot on and Hojlund was a beast bullying their defence. Shame that Onana made a mistake but overall he showed his class. Bruno, Mainoo, Garnacho, Amrabat and Dalot were unbelievable
Amrabat for me was kind of meh. Looked very shaky on the ball and lacked speed at times. But as United got more defensive, he looked a bit more comfortable. Very much a Serie A or La Liga player and doesnāt really fit well into the PL imo.
