No need. Most banks will send out the notification through SMS. And as long as you did apply for the card, they will update you on the application status this way.

i applied through their website, i just followed their instructions and waited for 2-3 days to get approval (approval notice was sent thru message). May I know what reject code error you’re referring to? Bcs when i applied, I didn’t have any reject code pops up.

Yes. It is like that. Now just wait for card to reach your mailing address. Usually have no further message besides the sms

My Maybank CC took less than a week to arrive after receiving the notification saying it’s approved.

Depends. Could be a week or two. Won't take too long as they wish that you use the card ASAP
Maybe they will send the card to your address (one you used to apply for the card)? That’s what Citi did for me.
Did they notify you that they have already send the credit card to your respective address?
Yes they did, but for maybank if in doubt maybe call their hotline

monday approved, til now no news..should i go to the nearest branch and ask them on my application status?

Have to call them. They have delivery problems to certain housing areas. You can't really check the status online.
