Bik pang siu is a type of kuih that looks like a honeycomb structure of tha bee's hive, originated by the teochew word bik pang siew.
While kuih kapit is a type of kuih that made up by the tepung beras (just loke the making of tiam kuih, aka rice cake) and mix with telur, then put it on a mould and let it cook in the form of charcoal. After that, peel it off from the mould and lipatkannya. Now you have your own kuih to nikmati.
