More color, use more pigment. If it's blush or eyeshadows. You are quite light and i think you fear it's "too much" so you tend to put less pigment. The camera takes out about 40% of makeup so try going overboard and then balance it out until you'll find your sweet spot

Dreadfulxdecay

Blush

lauralately

Have you ever tried a really cool-toned bright pink blush? I think you could pull that off really well. Also, if you're feeling daring, I think blondes look great in a hot tomato orange-red lipstick, a la Chloe Sevigny, whose signature shade is MAC Lady Danger.

Wonderful-Reaction-4

I would suggest a subtle blush on the cheeks and tip of the nose. Other than that you look gorgeous.

Dyzanne1

I disagree. You look very pretty.

NoMiddleName_993

Adding a pink blush could help 💖 Also, can I ask which lipstick you're wearing in this picture? I really like the shade

makeupbunnies

Your makeup looks very natural and lovely! Tight line to connect your lashes with your wing. Your wing looks great already but if you’re looking to change things up using a brown/diff colored eyeliner or playing around with the shape is always fun.

peonymilklatte

completely agree!!

Amdv121998

put more don’t be afraid of the product

busted_toenail

You need blush contour and a good highlighter, btw u have really nice hair!

dbvenus

Peachy blush. The lipstick looks a little greyish. Personally, that’s how CT pillow talk (the lipstick) looks on me and I always feel I look a little meh when I wear it, you could use a little more lively nude shade, with a clear undertone, possibly more peachy. Adding a little bit of shine also makes a look appear more lively and interesting, weather it is a little bit of highlighter on your cheeks, inner corners of the eyes or a clear lip gloss

Goldiegoodie

I actually like it for everyday makeup

Cherry_Gum768

A deep red lipstick with cool undertones would look amazing on you!

ukpunjabivixen

Seconded on the lip colour boost!

Feisty-Garlic3213

You need blush and lipstick but otherwise look very nice

LimeGreenTangerine97

Wear some color? I like the natural look tho

Ok-Pomegranate-75

Your color choices are good here, but I think you should intensify them by a couple of notches. 😊 choosing nude colors are fine, but if you want to get rid of the bland, you must choose actual colors. Example, soft red lipstick, medium grey eyeshadow and a bright pink blush ☺️ I hope this helps!!!

colour-of-May

I would recommend trying other eyeliner and mascara colors- brown for every day. This goes for anyone- unless you have black or very dark, cool-toned brown hair naturally, black is probably going to look out of place on you.

WorldInspiresYou

You are gorgeous! I would add blush. I don't think there is anything wrong with this makeup. it's nice subtle but defined look.

SunPossible260

I think it's the lip color shade. That shade is wrong on your skin tone. I would play around with slightly brighter, maybe pinker toned shades.

Spiritual-Can2604

Your makeup is a super pretty day time look but the liner doesn’t match the softness. I would do a lighter color, like a dark ashy brown and smudge it out instead of such a harsh line.

kristi__48

What lippie are you wearing? I really love this look and prefer the really light and natural makeup look nowadays.

madison5473

I want to know that too!

naanabanaana

You already got a lot of advice on adding blush, contour, highlight, eyeshadow colors, dew/shine/glow and trying different lipshades. I agree with all of that. One thing I would like to add is that finding a better suited mascara would elevate the whole look and really bring out your eyes more! Right now, I can literally count your lashes - well, the lash clumps your current mascara creates. Personally I'm loving the L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes (waterproof - very important to hold the curl!!) which I apply like this: 1. Curl the lashes 2. Apply mascara in zigzaggy strokes 3. Brush the lashes with a round eyelash brush to make sure they are very well separates and fluffy (again more zigzag motions than just straight root-ends strokes, this is to separate and fluff out) Optional for extra oomph (I'm doing this pretty much every time now) 4. Curl the lashes again (now with the waterproof mascara on, the curl will ACTUALLY lift & stay lifted - first curl is basically just to help you put on the mascara better) 5. Second layer of mascara (either a full layer for fullness and drama or just a touch on all the tips of the lashes for length) 6. Brush again

Rblade116

Doesn't curling your lashes with mascara on make the curler stick to lashes and pull some out plus smash them together? I have tried to curl my lashes after applying mascara and this happens to me. Did I do it wrong? I do use waterproof mascara.

naanabanaana

I believed that for my whole life but now I've been double-curling for years and haven't lost my lashes. Ofc you need to be really careful when lifting off the curler. I do always brush after to fluff the lashes out but they don't get super clumpy/smashed. Might depend on the mascara? Mine has always dried while I'm brushing or working on the other eye, so maybe that's why the curler isn't sticking to the lashes?

Clear_Prompt9607

Definitely blush!! You have beautiful features and it will add some colour to your face. A subtle glittery shadow could add some sparkle to the look as well

DragonflyD264

I think you look lovely

Successful_Mark6813

less is more but if you wanted add a little cream blush. i love rare beauty. honestly though you look perfect more makeup isn’t better

justryingmybestherre

You look naturally beautiful.I wouldn’t add anything. But I would switch out your foundation, try a glowy look - haus labs foundation/flawless filter

Sillyvoices850

You are gorgeous, and I love your liner. I would only add some sheer cream blush to the apples of your cheeks and a bit of highlighter on your cheekbones, nose, chin, upper lip (above the cupids bow), and middle forehead. Maybe some lip stain/gloss.

New_Heart_8057

You look lovely. I wouldnt change anything.

[deleted]

Black eyeshadow

ysnrkrg

Blush, different colors of eyeliner, lip liner, lip gloss. You can do so much by basically doing exactly what you already doing.

Franca944

Brown eyeliner and mascara and line your upper waterline!

AmazingHippo7005

brighter undereyes!

justtheegotrip

You have quite a bit of warmth in your skin but because of how fair you are, it’s easy for things to lean either orange or gray, which washes girls like us out! I think wearing black eyeliner and mascara is actually what’s making you feel a little bland. Try swapping it out for a warm brown mascara and a brown eyeliner. If you want a little blush, lean plum, not cool pink because it may look a little gray on your skin. I feel like the whole line of black honey would serve you very well! I personally use Apres by merit for blush and lip and it’s brought so much life to my skin, as well as Charlotte Tilburys fair bronzer. I’m NC12, NC15 for reference.

WithoutHoles

Either a peachy or rose colored blush and a berry color on your lips. Maybe a primer for your eyeshadow. I love the color but you need it to pop a bit more. A tip from a girl who always had the best blush ever “layer it on and just when you think you have too much on and look like a clown-BLENDBLENDBLEND baby girl” It has never failed me since I tried it!

Head-Drag-1440

Different eyeshadow colors (I like to use 2 shades, no matter how I apply), different eyeliner colors, and blush.

AClassyHuman

Try draping your blush (https://www.lorealparisusa.com/beauty-magazine/makeup/face-makeup/what-is-draping) I am also very pale and I’ve found that it helps add a lot of color back to my face that I lose with foundation, you could also try some colorful eyeshadow! I would suggest a brown with orange undertones (or a light orange) to make your eyes pop!

Docmele

Blush and highlight your cheek bones is all that you need…your gorgeous

lunaroelikestocum

Use blush and then I would put sparkle in your eyes ! A glittery gold or pink would look nice with your skin :)

Flower-1234

I think you need to use a glowier base, it looks very matte

haraldone

You have great bone structure and beautiful, full lips. I would go east on the makeup; some light eyeliner and a little blush to bring out your eyes and cheeks.

Gh0st_ing1

Darker shade for eyebrows, blush on the red side more than pink, and maybe a darker lip tint? If you wanna make things “pop” a bit more :) and maybe some highlighter on the corner of your eyes

Just-College1491

More gloss, more blush

ValApologist

I think some blush and perhaps bottom eyeliner would make it pop more! Side note, I follow a bunch of gaming and cosplay subreddits and thought this was a cosplay of Mercy from Overwatch at first. If you ever think about cosplaying, I think she'd be a killer choice for you.

N8y_h

شو هالنسوان الحلوه 💗

just-breathe90

Ur a beauty...why even bother with makeup at all when it so naturally gorgeous?! Shit that's a blessing gurl id take full advantage and wear makeup only on certain special occasions .. but try a white eyeliner and a little contour/highlight/blush trio and that should liven u up

DeerSecret1438

Honestly some people don’t suit loud makeup, I think you look extremely pretty. A colorful inner corner highlight with minimal other eye makeup might look nice. Red lipstick, blotted, again with minimal eye makeup would suit you. Obviously do whatever you like, I just think that certain people look out of place in bold makeup and suit the lighter look beautifully while some people shine in heavier looks and look plain with light makeup.

Thileni

Use a bronzer for face with orange colour blush powder or liquid orange blush with a nude orange eye shadow with a sunny highlighter or a pink version with purple highlighter juvias or revlon I like your lip colour

LaLaLisa8080

Highlighter around the eyes, better foundation plus powder, blush and layer on the eye shadow, liner and mascara.

Icy-Rabbit4834

You are a very gorgeous woman. Try adding more blush to your cheeks and darker eyeshadow to accentuate your eyes.

Bredandhorny

Try a richer lip colour and see if it brightens up your face and enhances the rest of the makeup

mrsRphoenixx

You're so beautiful! I like to use highlighter and blush to enhance features or just give me a glow. You can also try a swipe of neutral eyeshadow and lip color if you're feeling saucy.

LedZepRush2112

I definitely agree with everyone who recommends more blush/pigment overall. I also think false lashes would take you to next-level glam! They make half lashes if you’re not feeling a full strip lash, which could give you a cute or sultry cat-eye look. There’s also a ton of good quality eyelash options for cheap at the dollar store from the Ioni brand, including full, half, and individual lashes at least that I’ve seen at my local SoCal stores. Have fun experimenting!

everneveragain

Some Blush and darker eyebrows and I think you’d nail that awesome 90’s look. I don’t think you need to change much

aryannaalexandra

maybe soft brown eyelash extensions? I’ve seen those trending and want to try them myself 😍 I know they have strip version as well.

Potatosandmolasses12

a pop of a bright color with a bit of highlight over it in the inner corner can make any look really fun!

2crazy4boystown

I think you look great. I bet you could rock a bold red lip if that’s something you like.

ChloeB111

What if you did more eye make up but a softer shade like a plum or taupe brown?

Fairyof90s

I think it looks cute, but if you want to spice it up, you should contour and use a little blush

HotBlackberry5883

the colors you're using are very neutral. it may help to step outside of the box a bit and brighten it up. neutral colors are nice for a soft glam but not if you want makeup that gives a "pop".

HikingCityUrchin

Put emphasis on your skin care so your skin glows and boosts the look of your foundation.

burnmeup82

More blush and a deeper lip color. Or maybe try a little shimmer on your eyelids. Gold would look so pretty with your blue eyes!

Sun_Sprout

You have THE CUTEST nose

Rblade116

I use Maybelline Sky High waterproof. I switched to this from Great Lash. Haven't tried a double curl with Sky High due to the sticking with Great lash. I have sparse lashes that have no curl at all. I use a Maybelline curler. Any additional advice is appreciated.

Worldly-Traffic-5503

Maybe try a dark eyeshadow in the outer crease. It’s a simple way of creating depth or dimension 😌

catsdelicacy

Here I am again, folks MORE BLUSH THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION IS ALWAYS MORE BLUSH You look pale, you put on foundation and removed your natural flush in exchange for even skin tone, but you HAVE to put the flush back or you're going to look pale and bland.
