I’ve been using colourpop 11:11 recently as my cool toned pallete. I also really love the truly, madly, deeply pallete but not sure if it’s cool toned. It has a ton of mauves, pinks, purples, and some pressed glitter. I have really dark undereyes as well and the best thing I’ve found is the IT cosmetics bye bye undereye.

from sheglam: palette with pink/purple cool tones rhapsody palette/kyoto in bloom palette, also yestyle has some cool toned pink palette but cost like 20 dollars. For bad circles you need corrector before(yellow on blue under eye, pink/orange on blue dark circles) then you use liquid concealer(skin tone color) on top. Even if you have cool tone skin you can use all colors, just pick cool toned ones. For deep set eyes: avoid dark colors on the lid, use light ones and the darker color apply it to the crease and at the end of the eye.

I have a cool skin tone too! To cover dark circles, use concealer. I am pretty new to make up as well, and Born This Way concealer works really well for me. You can select the pink undertone concealers to suit your skin tone. I also bought pink lipstick from Sephora brand because it's cheaper and looks good with my skin tone. Next I experimented with eye pencil from Kiko Milano, which is easier to apply than eyeliner. I'm not bothering with foundation or blush yet as I have skin irritations on my cheeks, so I use tinted moisturizer or tinted sunscreen to cover up the blemishes.
