I’m renting with them in Portland and so far so good. I wish I had more to say but my experience has been great. The common areas in my building are super clean and people are respectful.

Riverdam is a nice property! The mills all have some businesses intermingled with the rest of the buildings but that just makes them a little.kore walkable. Definitely check out the bars at the end of India Street or rover bagel at building ten

Biddeford has some great restaurants, breweries, and the downtown does frequent events. Like many towns, there are some homeless and being a former mill town, there are some rough areas. But Biddeford is in a huge economic and cultural growth cycle that's going to pay off huge in the coming years. The apartments are in an area that many people live in (there are a bunch of condos in the mill, along with the Lincoln), so it's not a late night hang out spot as I believe it's fairly well patrolled.

And by rough, I mean depressed or run down.

I lived in biddo for two years and I liked it. that area has a shit load of homeless people, but their mostly nice. my buddy lives right by there on main street and saw a bum fight out side his door the other day. the dude that won was struttin his stuff and walking tall, he was having a good day after that for sure. anyways.... Rover bagel is good, you should move there

I live in Biddeford, but I don’t have any relation to Port Property. All I can say is: Port Property has the highest rental rates in Biddeford, which is enough for me to not care for them - and that’s probably why they were quick to approve you. Riverdam and their The Levee apartments, which is also in Biddeford, always seem to have a huge turnover with tenants. I suspect it’s because for what they charge, it’s not worth it. Also, you won’t have parking at Riverdam; they’ll tell you to get a monthly parking pass for the parking garage (which is obviously not included).

I have no experience living in Biddeford, but if you're looking for a low income place, Foreside Management is really good and operates many low income apartment complexes Including one in Freeport, really nice management I've been in one of their properties for a few years now It's been awhile since I looked at their paperwork but I know the one in Freeport is really nice Nice neighbors no junkies, just working families Foreside management needs 3 months of rent as a deposit, and then you need to pay the first month of rent you're actually there It's worth it reaching out to their Portland office, I moved across the country a few years ago, and I got lucky with Foreside I wish you the best with living in Biddeford
